  1. Yes I was talking about anti-radar missiles before telling that it's not much difference between them meaning the kh-31 p & a. Because you guys keep saying use anti-ship missiles instead not giving the right answer that why it took 40 anti radar missiles to destroy the ship. So, talking about anti-ship missiles proving my point that there is something wrong the missiles warheads which is modeled in-correctly in DCSW both anti-ship and anti-radar missiles. I hope this is much clear to you otherwise god help ED making you two guys (CG & SiThSpAwN) moderator of this forum :joystick:
  2. And I was.... right I kept quite about anti-ship missiles in DCSW but CG and that other guy didn't mention to us the real data of the Kh-31 anti-radar missiles. FYI or who ever wants to know both versions (A-Ship & P-Radar) has difference of 10 lb warhead and both have the same detonation mechanism which is "IMPACT", So when I put the Su-34 AI to attack ships it took around 40 missiles to destroy hence If I assigned them with the anti-ship version with not much difference of 10 lb warhead is more than the P version it will take them around 33 to 35 which still a lot to destroy the CC or DD class ship..... which is again a bug and ED should look in to this. Previous versions example like FC1 and FC2 was simulated correctly. Kh-31p anti-radar missiles doesn't detonate on proximity fuse its detonates on IMPACT meaning it will penetrate and then explode. Is this the way you solve bug issues saying to the community don't use ARMs missiles against the ships where ED have the put option to use them on ships...and while you are at it not suggesting which anti-ship weapons to use. I think I am not talking crap I think DCS World simulation is crap and people like you are crap who still doesn't know the question yet that we are addressing about the SEAD missiles. really 40 sead missiles is not real to kill a ship.
  5. As for sinking ships I was attempting to address the issue of ARMS missiles warhead which is very low in DCSW compared to real life. In FC2 it is simulated correctly.
  6. But again why ED made missions showing that T variant can attack ships and why we can detect and shoot radars of CC and DD class ships ??? And CG is now talking about warheads which is also not simulated real in the game.... oh oops I called it a game...sorry real digital combat simulator :megalol:

  8. Then why ED made mission and training missions show you can fire ARMS missiles on ships. And when the radar is destroyed by the ARMS missiles why they are still on in DCSW when their radar is destroyed by the ARMS missiles ? And if your are saying this is the real then oh my god.... :megalol: i hope your are not ED. Because what your saying doesn't make any sense at all. and please its like you know a lot about anti-ship missiles then please give us list anti-ship missiles that we can use on Su25t to destroy CC and DD class ships ...:megalol:

  10. And you are ? then tell me this so it is correct that in DCW World it takes around 40 to 50 Russian ARMS missiles and 1000 AGM65D to destroy a ship ? and this what you call is real ??? :huh:
  11. I think that goes same for you my friend you are also prerogative on this matter. Then why we detect ships radar, Then why we can launch ARM missile to it ? Then why ED made a feature that you can detect Ships radar when you are having ARM missile payload. And if that is the case then ARM missile should destroy a ship with maximum of 5 to 10 (not 40 or 1000). But nooooo you want divert the topic to somewhere else and ignore the real problem or the issue of the SEAD missiles meaning YOU (159th_Viper) cannot/will not/refuse to accept that simple fact then that's your prerogative.... :D So, Simple the SEAD missiles behavior in DCS World are unrealistic and their damage values are also take into account relative to firing them on the DD or CC class ships....... ED should really see into this..... not you 159th_Viper.... ED I hope you are not ED V159th_Viper We need feedback from ED again... u can kill DD & CC class ships with ARM missiles..... simple :D
  12. Su27SM Module is Canned ! They canned the Su27sm module Wags confirmed it.... i think this thread is useless they don't know what fans of the Russian Coalition fighters wants. Just checkout (what you expect from Su27 module) in DCS World Section and see what I mean. They are possibilities but they are some F-15 fan boys who trying to keep their best to convinced the ED or any other third party developers not make any modern Russian module on basis of: A. Not enough info B. Legal Issues C. Giving exaggerating comment against flankers fans On the other hand DCS F35a module is developed on the basis of some Youtube videos info but when told to do same for the Russian Modern Jets their feedback is DCS is Realistic and we cannot make AFM models on the basis of Youtube Video but the same case for F35a it is a go go solution. I want to ask ED that If I want to make a Su35s Module on the basis of more than Youtube vids, info on net and some brochure or any other thing is efficient for me could ED will support me like they are doing for Kinney Interactive. Will ED support ? Because even A10c or any other module that ED or Thrid party created they are some things that not correctly modeled or added to it because of classified information. So what's big deal with having a Modern Flanker when ED has the correct flight dynamics of the Su27S variant and tweak it with new one. So, that's why I don't see the use of this polling thread for NEXT DCS RUSSIAN AIRCRAFT because they are ignoring it.
  13. And also to correct me as I m wrong when I said "sinking the ship" i meant destroying it... Well, every ones knows when it is destroyed it will sink itself.. :P
  14. Very strange and Unrealistic.... And one more thing I want add is that in FC2 when fired a ARM missiles to DD or CC Class ship, the missile damage radar of the ship hence now no radar detecting you from the ship and then we can go near the ship and used unguided rockets, bombs or guided bombs, rocket and missiles to destroy the ship. I mean in FC2 is more real but DCS its the backwards they are going.... Definitely this is a bug or they just didn't looked into it about this issue which clearly very unrealistic....:joystick:
  15. And NO i m not wrong you can destroy a ship with ARM missiles but not with numbers like 40's and 1000's hits but with 5 or 10 will do the job.
  16. But still it is non realistic that it will not take around 50 to 40 missiles to take down a Destroyer Class or Cruiser Class ship... and definitely this is a bug and ED has to look into it.
  17. Nope ! Sorry your answer is irrelevant to the question we asked. ARM are also good to sink the ships.... LOLz... your answer is like don't use bombs or rockets on Igla's & Manpads because (Guns) Cannons are dedicated for them and bombs or rockets are for vehicles. And nobody said that you can't use Anti-Radar weapons on ships and as for dedicated anti-ship missiles we don't have it on Su25t and A10c... Even in the official campaign mission of ED in the anti-ship mission they gave anti-radar weapons payload so the question still remains in addition to the ongoing issues with Sead missiles there is still the issue of their warheads value, the damage they make which is unrealistic.
  18. Same here I will go for su27sm or later.... Again AFM with Avionics but no Smart A/G, R-VV family missiles, TWS and EOS .....its better to have an Su-25t go against the eagles....:noexpression:
  19. In addition to the above mention problem there is one more thing I want to add regarding Sead Missiles and that is I noticed that it takes around 25 to 38 Kh-58U missiles to destroy Oliver H. Perry ship ?!? For me this is an unrealistic and I m talking about actual number hit on the target ship. Also I made a mission to test the kh-31p missiles on AI planes attack on Perry ship ...... and guess how many missiles it took to destroy the targeted ship ? ..... ........ ........... ................. ....................... .................. 40 KH-31p Anti-Radar missiles to destroy Oliver H. Perry ship ! I don't know this is a bug or not but I m sure this is nor realistic and practical of damage model of the Ships or ARM's Missiles damage value. For me I think its a bug, 10 to 15 missiles are enough to take a Perry Class Ship down or less may be.

  22. This what I am also trying to Say.... I think :-S My point is that I don't know how I will try to explain is that ED already has the data on the 27s model so what I trying to say is just tweak it with the brochure or and other info on net or else where. For Example: How A/G smart weapons are shown in Flanker 1.00 Dos version meaning how you procedures to use A/G weapons Flanker 1.00 and embed them with the current model or just merge the current su27s info that ED has and the data of Su35s from brochure ( or any other source ) and assume only 25 to 50 % how the other stuff works and make Semi-AFM module out of it... Simple I know it will not be accurate... but we know even in A-10c and F-15c that ED has made something are kept classified and secret and don't know about. So, please in the same way whatever... I mean whatever data or info that is available, from that create a reasonable accurate model of the Modern Flanker. I know that Su35s brochure ( or any other source ) doesn't have the full info but whatever it is we can start on that and whatever we don't have we can model it on assumption until we get it right. Also when I say assuming anything so it shouldn't be all out assumption just a assume reasonable to an extent that is possible and practical so you can know the difference between an Arcade game and Simulator. I think CG and other Ed moderator was also pointing this.... I think this what I understand.
  23. Su35s Module I think we can make a Su-35 Semi-AFM module with this information. All this info I had from a blog that I posted before. There's is a official booklet from Sukhoi and Knaapo about the Su-35s in pdf format found here: https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B8N7CyMPV7hMZGRZWV9kY3VpMDQ The flight model Advanced but the cockpit functions & operations can be modeled on assumptions example: A/G mode, selecting targets etc. That goes for all sub modes. For me an advanced flight model with clickable cockpit functions on assumptions will be perfect ! They (ED) can do it but the questions remains why not ? or if they don't why not help some one do it ?
