  4. For your advice : the shkval targeting device has just a limited gimbal - by overflying the target, the shkval will loose track and snaps back to the center. So after dropping a GBU try to slow down , go in a shallow dive and wait for the boom ;) There is actually no possibility to remove this limit.
  5. The SU-25t avionic in the FA-18A gives you the ability to use guidet munitions by using the shkval targeting device plus the on board laser and harms (with the elint pod).

  9. I don't know if it is a bug - I have no track of it, but I have the "feeling" it is really vulnerable to gun fire - but has someone the same experience?

Not at all - in dcs you can make a low fast pass over a multiple zsu and shilkas - the first pass is really save, the aaa need time to track you, then you are already on egress - but if they track you before the roll in... Good luck Then just wait a minute, rush in from an other direction and have fun. But the one pass haul ass tactic is really effective with the m2k
  14. With the mirage you can bolter quite low over your target, and on egress you will notice some bullets, with the same speed as you have, next to your plane - just wave them and go on ;)
  15. That's right - I noticed it after a regular gun run, I switched on the pylon to fire some rockets, after the rocket pods were empty I forgot to switch off the pylons and was wondering why I was slowing down but no bullets fly by pressing the trigger.
  16. When you set the "inner gun" switch, next to the Pyro charge button, to on, the gsh 23 loads and I can fire it... But maybe I do something wrong
  17. Hi When I shoot the gun, the engine is slowing down - that's OK But when a empty wing pylon is selected (what prevents the gun from shooting) the engine also slows down when I pull the trigger. Seems to be a bug?!
  18. Thats also my method - sometimes I go even lower. But that's why we have the snakeyes for, flying fast and low, like in the old Vietnam days.

  20. New damage models for CA are on the roadmap, but nobody knows when it comes. Until then we only can increase the weapons power (as you did) and script an disable behavior. Maybe someone falls over a solution?! But you need to edit the entire vehicle Park
  21. Maybe someone is possible to make a script (like the suppressing fire) for the missions, which deactivate the ai for 15min (or permanently ) if the HP of the Unit is less then 50%?! So it will be an immobilized unit (and an easy target)

There is already a bomb mod - which does a good job - it increases the he effects by a factor (2.4 in the mod) for all weapons that uses he - and if you take a mk84 for example, which is capable to create a crater of 15m wide and 11m deep... So it should possible to immobilize a tank in this area... The vanilla mk84 in dcs is more like a fire cracker. With the mod it does what it should
