  1. I'm super excited for this plane. Would be a day one buy for me for sure. One question though. I don't know much about the DCS engine. Why is creating a map such a big task? How come FSX is able to have the entire world? My guess would be DCS isn't very accurate?
  2. What makes non-standard load outs non-applicable in dcs?
  3. Oh how I wish we could get a su-25sm... Or a su-39...Would buy both in a heartbeat.
  4. I was wondering if there was any possibility of implementing a barrel bomb? Such as those seen used by Syrian Air Force in the on going civil war. http://youtu.be/R_iYQlMw0r0?t=12s
  5. I believe the Mi-28 goes along with the Apache.
  6. I have a question about the upcoming Nevada map. Why was Nevada chosen? Wouldn't a map of another a conflict zone be better? =\
  7. Thanks, I'll try that. But I still think implementing this shouldn't be much of a hassle. =\
  8. If there are units in the area, wouldn't the explosions kill them?
  9. I started more artillery to missions for that same reason! It really does change a lot and it really helps the battlefield look like a battlefield. Just look back at old photos and videos of Grozny during the wars in the 90's. I hope a developer has seen this post. It shouldn't be too hard to implement something like this.
  10. I posted this on reddit also, just thought I'd make a post here too. I was watching a few videos from the 2008 South Ossetia conflict and I realized that in a war, cities don't normally look like they do in DCS. So I thought, wouldn't it be possible to make different textures for cities? Then in the map editor you could select which texture you want to use for a city for a certain mission. That would certainly make things more interesting.
