  2. That was indeed the problem in the end. But there was one huge bad ass plane sitting on the runway.

  5. Hello. 11 of you may have seen my other thread about the exporting problem. but Now i have a question of how big should the actual model be. I've got 2 incomplete planes I want to test fly in Lock on now, and they are invisible in game and in the Model Viewer ED provided. I am thinking they are too small? Or I haven't exported it correctly. So how big should I make the model in comparison to that little grid thingy in the middle of the perspective view in 3ds max 7. Thankyou
  6. The flanker issue is a pretty big problem.. But I still reckon we should be given SOME extra tools to add to the game after ED pack it up.

  9. Hello all. I am making an F111 in 3ds max and I want to test fly her. so I downloaded both tools by ED and did wat the RTF file told me to do. Then I exported it as .LOM and the next screen had a whole lot of question marks and a check box next to them. At first i checked the box but a fatal error occured so I unchecked the box and I was able to sucesfully export it as .LOM. Then I went to the LockOn\Bazar\World\Shapes folder and backed up the file i was going to replace, which was the f-18a.lom file. I then named the f111.lom to f-18a.lom and replaced the f-18a.lom file with the f111. Then I opened up lomac, setup a mission and proceeded to go into the game. The F-111 was invisible, and in the payload editor it was transparent but I could see some parts of it. What do I do?
  10. Ok i resized it with genuine fractals to 1280x1071. thats as close as I could get it. Would that be ok? Works nicely on my desktop at that rez.

  19. Hello everybody! I have been wondering this for a while but I just thought I might post it while I have the time. I see some views in some movies where it looks like F11 but it is panning around and moving vertically or sideways at the same time. How can I achieve this? THANKS!!!:smartass:
  20. Are you talking about (if you are using a skin that is the temptextures folder) when you get too far away it changes back to an original skin?
  21. Good thing I saved the .PSD :) I don't know how you can tell that but ok :) Ill find another 2 pictures and mess with them. With the lighting, I used lighting effects coming from the sun, is that a good idea?
