Hi I just wanted to take the time out to say thank you for sharing your knowledge with a fellow brother in flight sims. This is a hobby which keeps us all from going insane. I hope to build a ka50 switch panel very soon. Just as soon as iv sourced all the different type of switches i need. Cheers once again

Thanks for taking the time to show us your setup. .i too have limited space to build a full size cockpit and i think your mini cockpit is just what I'm looking for. . I gave a few little questions. . 1) Can you start the ka50 with ALL the switches you have on the large switch panel? I want to build a large panel very similar to yours but with the blue auto pilot buttons on. I may even add the weapons system buttons on their too or build a small switch panel for that. 2) Could you please please please add some still photos of your switch panel so i can source similar switches to the ones you have. my screen resolution is 3040 x 1050 and my aspect ration is 2.8952380952381 I have also just changed the aspect ratio to 16:19 and 16:10 with still no change. I forgot to mention that i get the green lights which highlight the different weapon stations for inner and outer hard points.

Hello once again. Does any one know how to get rounds remaining to show on the weapons panel using Helios profile. I am using Capt_zeens profile. I have every other panel working fine. The default view i use is ALT F1, it works great for me. Thanks

Thanks Mr Zeen for the info iv done everthing according to the maual. Plaese check the photos.. Iv placed the 2 files in the right places. i havnt attempted to mess with the second monitor lua untill iv managed to get the gauages to show up in the control center first. still not working

Why is this game so difficult to work around unless your a competer wizz kid. Why dont Game deveolpers make games so us simple folk can operate the settings. I had joystick profiles working a while back using a lui file i downloaded Only for the game developers to change the lua files to diff.lua..bloody hell... This is a dam good game but its getting to be unplayable for me because i cant get even the most simple things to work out of the box because you have to install stupid amounts of external software and you have to tweek this and tweek that F@#K ME! Its so annoying. The two things on my list now are to find a diff.lua profile for thurstmaster warthog that works and fix this god dam helios thingy.

Hi iv downloaded capt_zeen Helios profile for KA 50 blackshark 2 but i am having a little difficulty getting it to work correctly. The 2 gauges you see in the picture work in the game as they should BUT the other guages, skval, ibris, and all the other instruments marked with a black X dont. 1) I have gone to interfaces and setup dcs blackshark. 2) I have reset monitors. 3) I have also placed the capt_zeen and profile folder in mydocuments,helios,profile folder as you will see in the picture attached Below is a screen shot of the profile working in Helios control center. One thing i have noticed is that ka50 does NOT show up under add interface in the profiles tab. Have i missed something out? I know i almost their :joystick: Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Their used to be quite a few hotas warthog profiles in the downloads section with full picture illustration. I was using one of the profile so,e time last year and it was spot on for my needs. I simple printed on the picture diagram and used that as a guide.

Hello peeps. I have a Thrustmaster hotas warthog and i trying to install the lua profile for blackshark 2 game using the in game control/options to find the file. NOW..the problem is the files do not show up as lua files. I can only see the files if i click SHOW ALL files. Even when i click show all files and load the lua file they dont seem to work. Any help would be greatly appriciated

Hello fellow pilots..I have just created a new monitor lua file to show may cockpit and a second screen to show the left and right mfcds to use with a pair of thrustmaster mfd cougars. NOW the problem i am having is the new monitor lua file is not showing up in the ghaphics monitor options. Below is the location of the directory C:\Program Files\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World OpenBeta\Config\MonitorSetup............. A10 monitor+2mfcds.lua Any help would be greatly appriciated Regards matthew

I think I will just turn the god Dam thing off, its proving too much of a nightmare to get use to. I will try the trimmer thingy at a later stage me thinks.

Iv tried using the trimmer, just when I think iv mastered the beast it starts behaving like a bucking bronco lol and starts spinning around like nutter. OMG

Iv unistalled DCS 126 beacuse it was taking over 12mins to load a game, yep thats right 12 mins. I installed the beta version 127 and the game now takes 2mins to load. Which is the same time i am getting for blackshark 1 and A10 standalone to load. YEEEE HAAAA

I shouldnt have to trim? I also have blackshark 1 and A10 stanalone and The aircrafts dont return to the start point of the turn on release of the rudder pedals.
