I had a previous installation with the same problem, reinstalled from scratch, the problem persists still.. Even activated the game on another PC just to make sure it's not a hardware issue. What does make Nato fighters all F16's with this messed up canopy? I am not running any 3rd party mods.

I'm in the same jumble, before I updated to 1.2.9 I noticed some funky aircraft models, and my partition got corrupted later and the repair function doesn't fix the corrupt files. I think the best option is to re-download from scratch. Would I need to de-activate my license first?

You want a tank sim your only option is Steel Beasts PE.

I agree. The other day I watched a damaged Hind wobble on the ground. It was funny. Arma finally moved to PhysX and now you don't get bouncy tanks either.

It would be nice if damaged aircraft, especially helicopters, didn't disintegrate on impact.

Geez you guys weren't kidding when you stated this game requires GB of RAM. I think I'll wait for 1.2.7 to come out of beta before updating :)
