i had the same problem, i never thought i would be able to do it... until i did. for me i was incorrectly using the nozzle, was basically trying to eyeball it in at 80 degrees... then i started using the HUD indicator and dialed in at 82 degrees and whamm i took off vertically! as others have mentioned make sure youre light w no weapons and make it easy ion yourself in the begging, then work your way up by adding stores. good luck!!!

totally agree, there are MANY very good youtube out there, but BUNYAP's are my 'go to' when i'm learning something new.

WOW... this is really sad news. i only had the chance to fly with blooze a few missions but i knew immediately he was a really cool guy, you could just tell he was a really interesting guy and he made me fell welcome right from the start. to his family; please accept my sincere & deepest condolences, i know he will be missed by you and many, many pilots in this community.
