Humm I got surprised...There is only a English cockpit Betty? I just checked the settings and the sound directory. Sorry but I have to say Damn.... I can't get even a Russian Betty? Not like I would ever understand it (well to some extent, you did after hearing it for a decade), it was in LO & previous versions. It gave it authenticity to the plane... Please bring this feature back...

Is the cockpit texture being fixed for the German Mig29G in the next patch? I also truly, all heartedly wish for having a 6DOF, like your giving to the Su27, but on the mig, that will always remain my favorite bird of prey ;) Personally I love the Mig29G because it’s a real challenge online and on the plus side the betty had a sexy voice lol, Wish My jeep would talk back to me like that lol. Then again I need to find how to put her natural voice back in… She now’s translate to English, but I always did prefer the original ;) Thanks for considering :thumbup:

-no taxiway takeoffs (no ones seems to abide on that rules) -use left side of runways(I'm Canadian and most of us CA/US users we usualy drive on the right...) To my knowledge, pilots dont give a dawm from right to left, they own the strip when they take off, they usually do so from the middle... Flying a million dollar aircraft gives them that poracative ;)

DCS combined armed forces worth it? Should I purchase? How is online current servers acceptance?

General populace online servers accept it? I have an itch to get it, love tank killing, however seen this DLC getting lots of the back burner. Well sort off. Beta still... for how long? In any case, I don’t mine the beta, but what concerns me is the multiplayer servers acceptance in including it in their missions. Needless to say without MP, what’s the point? :huh:

Nice setup :D try disabling hyper threading in your bios, who knows you might be surprise by the results ;) Your system specs did not include if you where using a 64bit OS, hopefully you are, if not then your wasting that sweet rig for nothing lol. Cheers

To my knowledge UPnP is not binded by the application. However true, I still have my windows firewall on as well…

However wished that DCS would be more hyper threaded(actually I don't have HT, old school Quad here :doh:, but the ability to use all my CPU's) friendly, seems to concentrate all on my 4th core… I would think the flight experience would be smoother if the CPU resources would be spread out evenly…

I initialy had set my page file system managed pointing to a 2nd SATA drive since my windows is on my SSD, however I just changed that settings. Will set min/max to 1024 on my SSD http://www.overclock.net/t/1133897/windows-7-ssd-tweaking-guide Will give that a try Disabling it all together haven't intensively tried it, but from the get go seems to work as well. I haven't checked how much RAM DCS actually uses when flying. From my knowledge having a page file or not, windows should not (say should however it actually uses it) be using it unless you didn’t have enough RAM, so disabling for extensive application like CS6 Photoshop, rendering movies and such, might not be a good idea running without one, but to be honest, the opinions varies so much on the subject, that the only way to say is to try it and benchmark it yourself. I would say if you run without one and never had issues? Then stick with it, however for users experiencing abnormal crash with some applications or games, then I would recommend that they re-enable system managed for at least to see if it prevents the crash from happening. Especially when memory leak bugs comes into play… EDIT: Yep min 8Gigs of ram would be recommended...

so far so good without the router(I took it out of the equation), I did not crashed on the 104th, however still crashed still on the 51st, question on how many users I guess...

Great things come to who waits for it. I know all that physical & psych crap, remains that 1.2.2 remains as is, a crap duster….who approved this as mention, if quality is the standard, then something went wrong because I can’t even pass the F15C campaign mission 2 glitch

If quality was ever a concerned then who tested & approved 1.2.2? It’s obvious from reviews and users that this ‘beta’ is acting more like an alpha IMO. Just saying from observations...

I just installed it, went through the YouTube tutorials. However unable to record, able to capture screenshots though, but no video. Even the overlay of showing the FPS is not showing up. Wanted to try afterburner on the extent that seems its less taxing on the CPU then fraps and from what I can see the results are better, however if it’s not working then it's not that better after all lol Is it because i'm on a 64bit OS? Anyhow if anyone knows how this thing works I would be very appreciative. Thanks in advance.
