After all that teasing about F-14, I'd be quite shocking if Tomcat isn't the module that they're planning to release in 2015. As far as the carrier is concerned, 4th gen DCS level fighter is so badly needed that I don't even care if it comes without the carrier at start...

Nah, Ells228 said in the beginning of 2014 that they'll try to get it out before the end of 2014. After posting some pictures of the 3d model in January and February they became completely quiet and only started talking about it again in the recent days with nothing to show. Until there are pictures and videos of VEAO Typhoon working in DCS, you shouldn't think/believe that they're working on it "as fast as they can". It's better for your sanity. But Mirage 2000 on the other hand...

Exactly. Mirage is the only modern fighter that is actively being worked on. At least as far as we, the end customers, can see. Go RAZBAM!

Is it possible to make AI run away from battle if they suffer too many losses? For example, if 2 planes out of flight of 4 are shot down, the remaining survivors RTB on full burner. Any way to make a trigger or script for that?

You guys do realize that "DCS AT-802" is just a long-running, silly joke? :)

1) It's the third most requested plane on DCS forums. 2) Works well with Hawk and C-101. 3) Is operated worldwide. (it will fit great into the new Strait of Hormuz map since it's operated by UAE) The real question is, why would they NOT make an AT-802? :P

KH-66 is great and adds to gameplay value. If people don't like, they should just not use it.

Hello. Recently I listened to the DCS World Podcast, Episode 6: Mission design, and it inspired me to try out the mission building. This mission is the result of that podcast and my first mission upload. It can be played in single player or co-op with up to 4 players. But it was made to be used in MP, so keep that in mind if you do decide to play it in SP. OVERVIEW: Abkhaz separatists have used their Tarantul-class corvettes to attack merchant ships in the Black Sea. One corvette was sunk by friendly forces, but three of them escaped back to Sukhumi bay. Your task is to sink or disable the Tarantul-class ships, before they can be used again. A-10 would need a considerable head start. :megalol: Probably best to just use an AI fast jet to buddy lase until we get a flyable fast jet to buddy lase. :)

A-10C can buddy lase and, IIRC, JTAC can also lase for GBU's. The question is which plane will we use as a buddy laser? A-10 can't keep up with a fast jet.
