  1. Another bump. I've just spent a good hour trying to troubleshoot E/W reversed coordinates on Normandy. I'm sure there is a way, because as others have said, airfield coordinates are storable.
  2. Great tool! Why DCS doesn't have a built in flight planning tool (that's usable in MP), I'll never know. I'll weight that I'd love to see the ability to draw threat circles, but it's probably only worthwhile if they are saveable between sessions. Falcon BMS allows something similar, and I've always found it to be pretty handy. For that matter, I'd love to see premade waypoints for all the airports, as well as the ability to save additional custom points, so that you can precisely mark and recall airfields, INS update points, and the location of improvised fields. But even if you don't add another thing, I'm very grateful for this tool.
  3. Flight Stand? Could anyone offer a review of the Flight Stand? It seems like everyone is getting the desk mounts. The Flight Stand seems like it would be more stable, since it wouldn't rely on my Ikea quality desk. It also seems like it would work a bit better with stick extensions. And yet there are tons of desk mount reviews out there, and not a single Flight Stand review. Is there something I'm missing here?
  4. Any progress update Quaggles? I'm dying for that mission planner, and trying to time my next major revisit to the Viggen with its release.
  5. Enjoying the campaign, though I initially had trouble creating it or finishing a mission without critical scripting errors. Giving DCS.exe, luac.exe, and luae.exe admin privileges fixed the problems. Have seen some taxi collisions and had radio problems that I suspect are a 'feature' of DCS itself at the moment. Two questions: Is there any chance of being able to change the playercount in mid-campaign. For that matter, if I start a 4 player campaign, will unfilled slots be picked up by the AI if there aren't 4 humans for a mission? Also, I'm super excited by the idea of a viggen campaign. Is that still in the works?
  6. Wow. Amazing bug report. That being said, please don't fix the bug for helicopters. Or at least, make sure objects below still count for ground effect. Landing on buildings and bridges would be awful hard without it.
  7. Same here. Happens in single player and multiplayer. Happens when plane is set for "client" or "player". Happens on cold ramp starts and hot runway starts. One thing I notice, in a paused multiplayer session, when you first spawn in, the gears are down. As soon as you hit "unpause" they instantly disappear, only to slowly deploy again after you've fallen. I also tried 3 random online servers. Same problem. Don't know if that means it's client side or not. Would love to know what happens when a person who isn't having problems hosts a session and others join. Any chance that the hydraulic pressure is momentarily getting zero'd, like the fuel, and that makes the gear collapse?
  8. I was just going to ask the same. Fixing this is key to getting good accuracy with the bombing charts.
  9. I've noticed that I can take catastrophic damage from a missile, but not hear a thing. I know that helmet quiets things down, and the engine drowns a lot out, but I should still hear something right?
  10. I can't seem to get unlimited weapons to work, works fine for other aircraft in the scenario. Uh, I mean, I always fly on full realism.. I'm um.. asking for a friend.
