  1. Hi Miles I dont remember either what I ordered but if you could make sure, I would like the advanced kit. Im a bit disappointed that it will take a year to get this so if anyone drops out and wants to sell, let me know. Regards Nigel
  2. Hello, I sent in a preorder in October of 2021 and was wondering what the timeline is? I sent two emails to ask where I am in the queue and no reply yet. It's very confusing, please just tell me how long is the wait? I tried to interpret on Discord and it looks like its about a year? Is that true?
  3. Capt Zeen

I am using a DTS synchro card from Brydling to drive a real HYD PRESS gauge in the F16 and I have no clue how to make it work. Helios is not very intuitive and I am trying to find a video or tutorial step by step to link DCS to the gauge. All I find is how to install it but not how to set up an interface. I click on everything in the editor and nothing happens.

    Thanks

    Nigel

  4. Me too! Help!
  5. Why do you want this so bad? You slobber all over the place when you find out they may allow it. It has nothing to do with reality, so why do YOU want it so bad? Convince me why this is a good thing.
  6. Are your panels backlightable? How are the legends applied? Thanks
  7. 8 more hours of frustration trying to solve this.
  8. Does this count as a bug report?
  9. Again, it's only the F-18. All other planes work fine. I re-assign axis in the axis window and nothing changes. Load a different profile, doesn't matter. As soon as I hit OK the throttle goes pegged, the slew button starts steereing and when I pull back on the throttle, the rudder pedals oscillate. WTF is going on here. Tried unplugging Warthog. Same issue/ WTF is going on here?
  10. It happened again.I launched the F-18 and didnt have my rudder controls assigned and augered straight in to the ground. After that, this same bug showed up. The throttles control the rudders, the slew control on the throttle controls the stick. I am stuck. The file paths you show above dont exist anymore. I have: C:\users\%username%\Saved Games\DCS\Config\Input\ but that cant be right. I deleted every saved profile and no joy. Where does the F-18 save it's default profile? This is driving me crazy, I am about to stop flying the F-18. This needs to be fixed. PLEASE.
  11. Deleting worked finally
  12. Thanks for reply, has it happened to you?
  13. Will try that but if it's happened to more than one person it's a bug
  14. Bumbles This is not the same issue at all. The post by rob10 muddies this up more. The problem is not solved. I have the same issue as the original post. I crashed the F-18 and ever since I cannot change the mapping of my Warthog. When I move the left throttle, the rudder pedals move. The thumb trackball on the throttle moves the stick. No matter what I change this mapping stays. What is going on here?
  15. Ok Thanks Ky. Has anyone else picked this up?
  16. Niclas I am ready to test this with the F-16 ADI. I dont need code, just the cards. Can I order some from you? Regards Nigel
  17. Hello Niclas Check your spam folder again, I sent a few emails. Regards Nigel
  18. Hi Boltz, What you have discovered is that VGA cables have at least three different specs and none are good for us. What you need and what I used to build my pit are cables called "VGA extension" cables. They will be male on one end and female on the other. You want them wired 1-to-1 straight through and all pins connected. I found them by searching for surplus computer cables and then dozens of calls and emails. It paid off though, I found 80 VGA cables for $1 each and another lot of DB25 extension cables for the same price. These work great because you cut the male end about six inches to wire a panel like Landing Gear for example, and the other is wired to your I/O interface cards. Strip the cut end for connection to your I/O then you just plug it in to you panel. If it's not long enough, use one as an extension. Simple and cheap.
  19. Hey brydling! please check PM's mate. Thanks Nigel
