  1. That is some wonderful news, I've been wondering when the manual would be brought up to speed.
  2. I didn't even know this was a thing till it ****ed my 100% UN-Campaign run. This really needs to be fixed. Ridiculous that this is a thing that has been in the sim for more than half a year.
  3. Well, I can confirm this for every mission I have flown in the past couple of days. Maybe this is something on my end? Can anyone confirm this aswell?
  4. Hey guys, thanks for the replies. Tested this with different Time of year(s), Temperature (+ / - in different stages), with rain/snow on/off. Then tried to combine the above so I have a wide spectrum of scenarios. Nothing seems to affect it. After that, I tried different Units shooting at me: Igla MANPADS: No Smoke M1097 Avenger: No Smoke Stinger MANPADS: No Smoke SA-3: Smoke SA-8: Smoke SA-9: Smoke SA-11: Smoke SA-13: Smoke I am guessing the top three have reduced smoke? 5. Hey guys, does air-temperature affect missile-trail visibility? I was just flying a mission that I build in the ME for the SU-25T - the weather set to winter, - 12°C, Snowing, Cloudlayer-intensity on 8. There is a M1097 Avenger guarding a M1A2 squad. Since the Su-25T is not equipped with a IR-MWS, you have to rely on your eyes to actually catch a missile being fired, indicated by the big, phat smoketrail that it drags across the sky. I did not see a single one of the four missiles that were fired at me, and I asked myself if it has anything to do with the air-temperature or the weather in general. cheers, Obi
  6. Didn't even know that. Thank you very much :)
  7. Hey Folks, I've made a template for printable inlets for my Thrustmaster MFDs, so I can use them more comfortably with the Mig-21bis. My Idea was to make these printable on DIN A4 - which is a german paperformat. As they turned out to be very satisfactory, I wanted to share them with the aviation family! As not all countrys share the same paperformats I included the DIN-A4 version as well as a North-American Version in letter format. I also included the PSD file, for people who want to make corrections themselves. Links: DIN-A4 Format: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/146849999/ThrustmasterMFDInlets/MFD_Framework%20-%20Mig21.jpg North American - Letter Format: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/146849999/ThrustmasterMFDInlets/MFD_Framework%20-%20Mig21%20-%20NorthAmerica.jpg PSD-File: https ://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/146849999/ThrustmasterMFDInlets/MFD_Framework%20-%20Mig21.psd I hope you guys enjoy, Obi EDIT: For the PSD-Link remove the whitespace between https and the colon. 8. +1 on that. Else its a solid guide for Simmers New to the Shark.
  9. Okay, I just tried this and, not that it's news for anybody, this is the best modification the Shark has seen in ages! Wasn't aware this existed for so long. Thank you, Devrim as well as Ricardo, for taking the huge chunk of time out of your personal lifes to put this piece of art out here. This is, plain and simple, awesome.
  10. Tried it. Love it! For me, a person who finds the Mig21 causes me more headache than the A-10c when I first started with the her, this app is especially handy. In particular the navigation section! Thank you very much!
  11. It is also possible to hide the infobar on the bottom of the screen. That is Ctrl+Y I believe. Correct me if I'm wrong.
  12. I would also be in for the MI-8. Really love this bird and didnt come across the extra money to buy it, yet. Thanks for the Giveaway! :)
  13. I want to go to Las Vegas! Thanks for doing this Corvus. Happy Subscriber from Germany right here ^^
