One thing I've learned is that when I get overconfident in the Mig 21 and try and turn with a modern fighter that has me locked up I will die! For me, the best I can do in that situation is light the burner and stay as low as I can and get out of the area then come back another way and try again. I have no HOTAS and no TrackIR so being able to "see" the bandit is difficult at best. I'm usually heads down in the radar so no turning fights for me ... shoot and scoot! MORG

Strangely enough, the simpleness of the Mig 21 avionics helps me. In the F-15C, I find myself overloaded with too much info and just stare at the RWR. In the Mig 21, I tend to focus on only one contact at a time. Simple avionics helps my simple mind!

Hadwll, ttaylor0024, & Jorge III ... Took your advice and flew this afternoon on the 104th site and got the IFF to work. I was missing the RV4 switch. Thanks guys! KMS

Great videos everyone! Y'all have made me put aside my F-15C and concentrate on the Mig 21. I have a few success' on multiplayer sites but the other day I shot down one of my own. I've been using the IFF but not sure now if I'm using it correctly. I realize this may be edited out of the videos but do any of you use the IFF button in the Mig 21 and if so does it work?
