I have a similar situation with a door window behind my computer. At night, with the garage door closed, I can use the reflectors but any other time I have to use the clip (I bought the unit used and it came with both). MORG

I've tried many times to get a track to play back but so far without any success. Is there a beginners post that gives a step-by-step on what to do? Thanks, MORG

Its my understanding from the comments of others on here that the 24B is a better weapon. I don't have any specifics to back that up. The 24B is my favorite weapon on the Mig21 for A2G. MORG

Track IR 5 + HOTAS + Mig 21 Just finished my first flights using my new TIR5 and HOTAS. I had 3 flights on the 104th and got shot down each time but I did chase an Su25 and F15. Both 60M.s did not connect with the intended target. It's going to take a few more flights to get use to the new gear. I'm amazed how much more I can see out of the cockpit. I think I've got motion sickness from the flights! MORG

I've notice a lot more Mig 21 activity on the 104th lately ... glad to see it! MORG

When flying the Su25T, sometimes the Shekval will Lock the target but sometimes it will not. I can shoot 4-5 missiles with everything working great then all of a sudden the Shkval will not lock target. I change the box size with no better results. Nothing! At this point I fly back to base because nothing will lock. Any ideas? MORG

The best countermeasure for the Mig-21 is to light the burner and get real low in the mountains! Run like you stole it! MORG

Bought a used Track IR5 and ready to setup on my computer. My computer literacy is not so good so how hard is it to setup and getting running correctly? All help appreciated! MORG

Harle, I'm not very computer literate so I don't know the correct terminology but the 104th was concerned about the Mig 21 causing problems for the server, ie. crashing the server. I'm sure someone else can chime in and give a clearer explanation. Glad to have it back. Great fun in multiplayer. MORG

As of today, the 104th will allow the Mig 21 back on their server ... great news! Now go get some kills and remember, post those videos. MORG
