im from germany, so i dont need those subtitles. At first - what a GREAT Clip. I absolute love some random facts, for example in the beginning where he said that they never do preflight checks or idle till the engine was warming up - they just hop in, started the D9 up and full throttle :) I love facts like these and ususalyl olderys tend to explain stuff with these facts. Also the one where he landed at the village. Great, just great!! Whats funyn tho, the interviewer asked, if he pressed the brakes, full throttle and then released - he said no. A few moments later he told a story with the landing and take off at the village where he needed the brakes for the full throttle start :D

Hey fellow Kampfpiloten, ive read the whole Manual but my question wasnt solved so i have to ask the community. How do i navigate from the Ramp to the objective? If i start a misson, im unable to find the objective. Also i dont know how to find the desired airfield after the objective where i have to land. Hab die Hawk, hätte ich die vorher testen können hätte ich die nicht gekauft. Ist halt noch Beta, aber: -Sound ist irgendwie nicht vorhanden, oder ist das Teil wirklich so leise?? -Flugmodell kommt mir sehr (zu?) einfach vor -HUD geht nicht -Hat irgendwie keinen Sinn das Flugzeug in DCS Letztendlich ist es natürlich jedem selbst überlassen - ist nur meine Meinung

To lock the tailwheel you have to pull the stick back all the way. It will unlock if you release the stick. So to taxi: give it a bit throttle, not too much, otherwise your brakes arent strong enought to "counter" the torque of the propeller. Then to turn, release the tailwheel by keeping the stick to the middle and turn with the brakes. If you are facing the desired way you want to go, brake the other wheel to drive straight and then lock the tailwheel by pulling the stick all the way to your crouch. Thing is, you cant lock the tailwheel while hard cornering, the tailwheel must be straight at first, thats why you brake the opposite direction. Then to drive straight, you keep the stick pulled back.

Hi. Also ich suche eine Staffel. Kurz zu mir: Ich heiße Mark, bin 26 und komme aus Aachen. Viel Erfahrung habe ich nicht, aber DCS macht mir viel Spaß. Am liebsten fliege ich die FW190 und die BF109. Ausserdem habe ich den KA50, die Sabre, MIG21 und die A10. PvP wäre jetzt nicht so mein Augenmerk, lieber Suche ich wen, für gemeinsame Missionen gegen AI. Starten klappt ganz gut, Landen noch nicht so, da muss ich noch was üben ;) Vielleicht gibt es ja eine Staffel wo mein Profil rein passt. Ansonsten einfach fragen :) Englisch ist kein Problem wobei ich lieber Deutsch sprechen. Gruß Mark

I dont know IL-2, but meant that type of missions, beside you and your mates are fighting against AI. For example the type of missions, that guy ralphidude is doing with some chaps, take a look at this:

Hallo, vielen Dank für die Tipps. Ich habe das ganze getestet und es geht tatsächlich nun bedeutend besser :thumbup: Hier die Beschreibung: -trimm auf etwa 1,7 laut Anzeige (Man sieht die 2 schon) -kein Flaps -Seitenruder ca. 80% nach Rechts -Recht viel Gas, je nachdem wie der Governor regelt, bei ca. 40kmh noch was mehr Gas. Ich halte den Motor auf ca. 1,4ata -Den Knüppel hallte ich mittig, leicht nach vorne -Nun hab ich ca. 80kmh (komme im Eifer des abhebens nicht ganz dazu auf die Geschwindigkeit zu schauen) Jetzt kommen die Probleme: -Das Seitenruder beginnt zu wirken, hier passiert es mir oft, dass die Maschine ins Driften kommt, entweder nach rechts wenn ich zuviel Seitenruder gebe oder nach links bei zuwenig. Es ist extrem schwer das Flugzeug gerade zu halten -Wenn die Maschine einmal driftet wird es relativ ungemütlich aber nicht gefährlich. Wird halt wackelig. -Dann hab ich auch schon Airbone, obwohl ich den Stick runter drücke. Ich setze dann meistens noch einmal auf aber dann hab ich genug speed und hebe super ab :joystick: Das Flugzeug zieht zwar immer nach Links weg aber es klappt inzwischen wirklich gut :thumbup:

Hi, also ich kriege Sie inzwischen jedesmal in die Luft, zwar nicht schön und bestimmt falsch, ambesten klappt es so bei mir: -Kein Ruder, kein Flaps -1,4 ata, dann wenn der Governor die Leistung reduziert also ca bei 80-100 vollgas mit MW50 -Ruder im Stillstand noch auf 100% rechts, reduzieren wenn der Flugzeug nach rechts lenkt um gerade zu bleiben -Stick zu mir ziehen damit das Tail wheel auf den Boden gedrückt wird. Das einzigste Problem ist, dass Sie sofort schlagartig nach Links kippt. Ich habe mich informiert und man soll das mit dem Knüppel ausgleichen. Das klappt bei mir nicht, ich ziehe den Knüppel sobald die Diva abhebt bis nach rechts an den Anschlag, trotzdem fällt die Maschine ca. 90° nach Links. Kurz darauf greift dann scheinbar der Roll, und die Maschine vibriert, so wie wenn man beim normalen Fliegen zu starke bewegungen mit dem Knüppel macht. Ich habe da ca. 15m Abstand vom Boden und meistens komme ich ohne einen Crash dann aus, denn dann reagiert die Maschine auf mein Roll und kommt gerade. Mit Mühe und Not bekomme ich die Maschine dann gestartet. Habe es auch schon mit weniger Gas versucht, aber das bringt auch nix.

Die 109 ist wirklich schwer zu fliegen. Ich bastel gerade an der HOTAS Belegung und übe das Starten. Ich habe schon ein paar erfolgreiche Starts hinbekommen, aber direkt danach ist immer der Motor in die Luft geflogen :) Über Ostern kann ich defenitiv mehr Zeit einräumen, dann melde ich mich bei dir, Roadrunner

Hallo! Ich bin Mark, 25 Jahre und komme aus Aachen. Meine Hobbys sind mein Auto und Motorrad. Vor zwei Wochen habe ich beschlossen mit dem Fliegen anzufangen und mir heute zwei Module vom Sale gekauft, die BF109 und die F-86. Ich habe keinerlei Erfahrung, außer etwas technischem Hintergrund und deshalb suche ich ein Geschwader oder jemanden, der mir beim Fliegen Unterstützung geben kann. TS habe ich einen eigenen Server, Headset natürlich auch. Mein HOTAS ist der Saitek X52 und TrackIR baue ich gerade. Ich weiß noch nicht wie das alles abläuft, ein paar Leute in der Facebook-Gruppe haben mir empfohlen für den Einstieg besser einen Erfahrenen "Instruktor" zu suchen, darum habe ich die Hoffnung, dass sich jemand bereit erklärt zu helfen. Englisch kann ich ziemlich gut, aber eine Instruktion auf English ist vielleicht etwas schwer. Gruß Mark
