I was not talking of the 3d geometry of the landscape model, I was talking of the ground textures and the choosen colors.

Better to say that now, than too late. Las Vegas map looks amazingly beautiful, a 2016 thing. On this WIP Normandy screenshot, I've the feeling of looking to Clodo (1), a 2001 thing, with the Oleg's unnatural colors palette. Also the sea is not very impressing. (1) that means also something that is not up to the quality of the Crimea map, already old in some way, to say the truth I've also loved the quality of the land textures in DCS.

Very nice modeling. But PLEASE, choose with the greatest care the variations of greens for that area. Not wanting to have again the "Maddox" green for years to play with.

PS: same request for the Sabre. In the future, I'll only buy aircrafts with this option.

Hi, As the F-86 is no more in beta and as the Mig-15 has a virtual pilot, my question is: where is the F-86 option for a virtual pilot ? Because I just hate flying an aircraft with only the Casper the ghost option available.

The 3d geometry of the cockpit model is probably right, it's obviously a problem of the choosen view. To say the truth, I've never understood people showing their creations or making screenshots with unnatural focal settings making for instance the aircrafts looking like flying bananas.
