Do I need to put the game into Windowed mode in order to use something like Touchbuddy? I'm curious because I don't know if the game will 'alt-tab' out if I start utilizing the touchscreen for touch options.

Can you tell us what your Radeon Pro settings are?
-
What does that mean? I haven't played Black Shark since I got the A-10C Beta. Is it possible there's a conflict? I've tried rentering my key several times, and nothing happens, I just keep getting this error.
-
Alright, I figured it out, sorta. I'm now getting the same performance. I accidentally had Catalyst A.I. enabled, and it needed to be disabled (I knew that, I just kept overlooking it by accident). I'm not seeing any performance increase at this point though, using the latest drivers and testing on the 1st instant action option. I'm happy I'm not getting lowered performance at least now. The game has not been optimized yet, am I correct?

I've tested it with CrossfireX enabled in full screen mode and then not enabled with the same hardware settings. I get 18 to 21 FPS with CrossfireX enabled. I get 35 to 50 FPS with CrossfireX DISABLED. Same settings with Radeon Pro for both except for Crossfire Ability. I'm not sure what's wrong.

perhaps that's my problem, I'm not playing in fullscreen. grrrrrrrrrrrr. Can't use my MFD's using fullscreen!
-
I hate to say it, but I'm glad you are having the same problem as I am. I have fought endlessly to get more performance. I should in no way be seeing the low FPS I'm seeing. I'm averaging 30FPS, little high, little low. Sometimes it drops into the teens. My machine, in all fairness, should be rocking this game. Let's hope it gets better before release, and I'm sure it will. I kinda wish Wags or someone would come out and tell us if they are going to end up supporting SLi/CrossfireX.

also, whats your radeon pro profile look like for settings.
-
I need serious help then. I get no increase as of Beta 3.
-
Yup, will do. Gonna take a little while, but I think I should have it done before A-10C goes live :)

I'd love to get this figured out how to export it to TouchBuddy. I'm in the process of building my own custom Touchbuddy profile onto my 10" touchscreen monitor, and the CDU panel is one of them. If anyone figures this out, I'd love to know.

Building a Pit after Turn of the year. Need some help.

Thanks Rocketeer -
I'm planning on using this. http://www.simmeters.com/?cat=25 Now, what I need is a place I can buy the toggle switches and rotaries I will need to go with this. I've looked at places like Radio Shack, but at 3 bucks a pop, it will turn really expensive. I'm looking to purchase them in bulk, and then where I can find the connectors to connect to that board for them. I've got a pretty good handle on everything else I will need, this is the only thing I'm kind of at a loss for finding. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Ripcord, will Simmeters accomplish what I'm trying to do in this thread for the center panel? http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=61971

I've read through adding Multiple Monitors...need a little help.

As well, I'd like to know if we can add certain instruments to separate displays, such as the Airspeed Indicator, the VSI, the HSI, and so forth. -
and I'm pretty sure I understand it. The concept and basic understanding of it at least. I've been able to adjust my monitors and have the primary camera on my main screen and place the Two MFD's on a secondary screen. This has been a good test, and went flawless. I'm in the process of building a 'pit', though I'm not going to be spending an insane amount of money on gadgets and such. I have a set of Cougar MFD's en route and I'm two Samsung Syncmaster U70's to go with them. So, This is what I actually want to do. Refer to the drawing below for what I want to do. My question is, how do I do it. I only have a basic understanding of what to do, and simple modifications of the files required, but essentially this is what I want to do. The standard forward HUD and such would be on the main 32inch screen. The various readouts and panels immediately under the HUD would be on the 24" monitor (in portrait angle), and then there would be the left MFD on the left 7" screen and the right MFD on the right 7" screen. Pretty sure it's getting too complex for me to understand at this point of how to do it. Any help would be appreciated.

nice. I didn't know theres a way to place specific items onto a separate monitor the way you have done. How was that done, if you wouldn't mind sharing.
-
Also, is there a link to how he made his pit?
-
Wow, nice setup. Are those MFD's with actual screens, or are they paper cutouts? Where can I get those MFD's also.
-
I literally get a 20FPS increase disabling Crossfire. I'm unsure as to why. Need to figure it out if it's not game related.

The problem is when there are friendlies mixed in with enemy. It's....tough.
-
This is something I'm kind of lost on. Target Identification in the KA-50 in full sim mode is...needless to say...difficult at best. I'm not quite sure if I'm looking at a friendly or enemy. Are there any tricks, tips, or ideas that could help me better identify enemy ground targets from friendly ground targets? I'd prefer not to get close enough for them to start firing at me to figure out if they are friendly or not.

I don't see anything in the training option in FC2.0. Were these left out for a reason? I'm having issues figuring out Salvo options for the A-10. I'd like to drop one bomb at a time instead of two.

Did something change with the pricing scheme? I seem to remember there was some discussion that owners of LOMAC and FC would get a discounted price for FC2.0. Don't get me wrong, I will eventually get it (as a college student, I will get it when I can afford it), but &30 seems a bit steep for those that bought LOMAC, and then FC when it came out at $25. Help me out here peeps.
