Curious, if my activations for Flaming cliffs has been exceeded (due to reinstalling of OS's), will I have to REPURCHASE the original Flaming Cliffs?

Does the English version have the English cockpit I see in the tutorials? All I see is russian labels in the screenshots.

ain't that something. i can get to it via the russian site, but not the english site. ok, someone, tell me wtf is going on? i can't DL it if I can't read it, hell can't even read the fracking Key! anyone?
