The only truly multiracial Military Force, I won't use Army simply because I don't want to get into the semantics of the word is the Legion Etrangere. With an almost 200 year history starting back in 1831. During my time served I saw one of the first Japanese Legionnaire's join my Regiment and a lot of Eastern Europeans started to join in the early to mid 90's. I wont go into the religious side of things but I will say there was a lot of prejudice at the start of their time served but after their initial first year (give or take) it seemed a greater need was the camaraderie and reliance of the Legionnaire in the next vehicle, fox hole etc etc. Your life depended on there's and vica versa. I know of at least 10 or so Legionnaires who if they were still in their home countries would most likely be fighting against each other (in the current political world situation), but the Legion has pulled them together into a cohesive unit. When I joined and was at my base camp going through all the pre selection process one of the questions was "are you prejudice" my smarta$$ answer was "Yes against idiots", I received a slap for that and was asked again, being told to think very hard about my answer, I finally answered yes to a degree and was told by the Sergent Chef if I had answered no then I would be on a bus going home. When I finished my time The Legion had 100 / 102 nationalities which had served them. My point to all this ........ Discrimination comes in a whole cr@p load of forms, from not sitting next to ( .....fill in blanks) because of nationality to not eating a certain brand of cereal because (I / you) don't like it. Life is short enough as it is, so let's get on with it while we can. Since joining this forum I've "spoken" via postings etc to a lot of nationalities which had it not been for the forum I would never have met and maybe would have been prejudice against them as a country simply because of lack of knowledge. To quote Mark Twain: Travel is fatal to prejudice, bigotry, and narrow-mindedness, and many of our people need it sorely on these accounts. Broad, wholesome, charitable views of men and things cannot be acquired by vegetating in one little corner of the earth all one's lifetime. - Innocents Abroad

Looking forward to seeing this film, luckily I've met a couple of Tuskeegee Airmen at Airshows since I moved over to the USA. Along with the Windtalkers of WW11 they were the forgotten hero's of WW11, as the years go on we will loose these people and their heritage. There will always be racism through out this world, it's not right but it's there. These people endured great hardship but came shining through, let's not make political statements just be thankful they served us when we needed them. And if anyone wants to ask yes I am in a mixed race marriage, my Wife is Hispanic and I'm White but all of us still bleed red when injured.
  10. Hassata, Believe me I would rather not be taking the morphine but I have no choice, watched it over and over, after about the fifth time I realized what was so weird thanks for sharing :)
  11. I've decided that at 4:00AM local it is not advisable to watch this video lol especially when the morphine tablets (for my back problems) have just started working plays with my mind ..... Interesting video though .... good find
  12. And I believe they are getting ready for Christmas in Russia
  13. When I posted the article I didn't post it because of the comments just posted because it was interesting sorry about any comments but not my fault

  15. http://v.youku.com/v_show/id_XMjAyMTM2NTQ4.html Found on the French C6 website
  16. Glowing Amraam is still the best out there followed VERY closely by Angel in my humble opinion, maybe an updated version of Project 10 is needed to show potential buyer's of the game just how far the A-10c project has come since the original was released ? My apologies to KyleTiernan I could not remember his name but I certainly remembered his video and music which is available on Itunes
  17. Good old British Ingenuity Makes me proud to be English http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2081668/Spitfires-reborn-Flying-club-builds-squadron-classic-warplane--bit-smaller-originals.html
  18. Many Thanks Michelange I'm getting a drop in frame rate when refueling but apart from that everything runs very well. Just an idle thought trolling through my mind (no offense to Troll's).....Wonder when and if ADA will make a similar mod for A-10c, and yes I am aware this wonderful mod has already taken 4 + years and I along with a lot of other people are enjoying this great mod, it's brought me back to FC-2 (No offense meant to anyone by asking about ADA V3 for A-10c)
  19. Are any of the aircraft & AI able to refuel using the KC-135(French version) ??? Thanks :)
  20. That's the full game UPDATE DO NOT uninstall the steam version you already have that's needed as a base for V 1.1.1.1.
  21. I remember you Super :) I'd go with Kuky's selection and maybe these as well: Tom Weiss's A-10c single color label mod Beaker's Thin Vapor mod for A-10c Blaze/Pycfam A-10c Transparent status bar Combined Forces Mod by Beczl (NOTE: be very careful when installing this mod and make sure EVERY folder is open and EVERYTHING is copied into correct directories) seem's to be a common mistake that someone forgets a folder but it's a GREAT mod. I think all are available either on this site or Lockonfiles There are plenty of skins floating about as well for the A-10c Welcome back :) Update to Modman 7.xxxx and add Tom Weiss's A-10c mod for Modman as well (makes life a lot easier) Ohhhhhh and make sure you update to A-10c V 1.1.1.1
  22. Well done guy's But as my Wife used to say "It's only a game" , somehow I think that will change after seeing this post ......
  23. I would suggest this instead of Eggnog http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Advocaat
  24. Run's perfectly here with a lot of additional add-on's It's an amazing mod :)
