Guy's, Please note BrumTx does not know I've snagged his computer while he is in the shower, He showed me this posting earlier this morning. Wonder if the extra $20 we paid as original beta testers back in Oct 2010 is still in the bank gaining interest ? So much was mentioned back then, I won't say promised because that may annoy some people

It will be even better if they include the old viewer in Mission Explorer we had in Lockon where you could add static aircraft, and other stuff and position them properly instead of spending 20 minutes trying to get it right in DCS A-10c, BS-1, FC-2.

Only thing I would say is be aware that all SSD's have a limited life after a lot of restart's I think it's 1000+ they start to slow down a lot from reading about them and my Son has just lost his SSD after 9 months of regular use just an FYI so you are prepared

Think our good friend Ethereal or another ED friend maybe the best person to help on that question, I don't want to screw up your system.

Go to Mission Editor, on the top bar you will see "HELP" click that and then look at "about game" that will open another window and the version of the game should be listed there, think it's the second or third line down

I agree with Galagamo with all of Beczl's hard work it should be rewarded if he has the time with being part of the ED Team

All photographs and images have been sent to me via e mail from the respective owner's, IE: Tblisi Airport / TAV Georgia and of course the local Tourist office, it's amazing what you can get if you ask properly. I have links to photo's and other info that I won't use but it was kind of them to e mail all the info and then some. EDIT: They are also sending me local info etc via snail mail which I must admit I'm looking forward too.

After watching this post I've decided I agree with Tyger and a couple of other posters, paying for missions / possible campaigns in the future to me is just wrong, (maybe if all the money went to ED for future products I might think about it) No doubt some people will decide to pay but if I want a "superb" mission I'll take a week or even a month making my own, as I have done since the Lockon / FC / FC1 day's. I know what I like to see in missions, be it a quick 10 minute mission or a campaign that lasts a week or more. I've just spent 2 weeks researching details for a single mission from Tblisi, finding online photo's and other info about the surrounding area including as much flight info data as I can find but I'm sure it will be at least another week or so before the mission is complete. Good luck in your venture but I will not be taking up your offer.

Short track/tracks is a good idea. How much are the pay to play missions ? one price or will they vary ? How often will they be updated to allow future DCS add-ons and game updates either by DCS or other people ? Please understand I wish you well with this venture but these missions will have to be some of the best ever made for the games, but in this present economic climate people maybe slow to pay for missions.

Maybe a good idea to give a sample at least so we know approximately what were paying for...
