As a Fire Fighter up until a few weeks ago I was especially impressed with the new HEMTT – TFFT, hoses neatly laid and the hose gun even looks well detailed. Ladders and hooks look great. Maybe a couple more monitors on board and the FF’s in the middle cab in gear but that’s just me being pedantic. Well done ED I’d actually feel safe now lol

And the Welsh Ladies come with a backup, They wear Wellies :music_whistling:

GG, First off thanks for your answer's. Not trying to be obtuse but the installer is a major component, IE needed to install, how come the testers didn't pick up on this when they installed ?.

Having calmed down after yesterday I would like to say a couple of things # 1 I am grateful to ED for producing the games # 2 I would suggest in future we are given a little notice as to new modules / upgrades, Not they arrive suddenly. And an approximate cost. # 3 I understand ED is a business and have to make a profit to continue (that's a no brainer). # 4 When people buy any future new aircraft module the price be a little higher (such as the A-10c Beta was) $ 69 I think as opposed to $39.99 on Amazon. That hopefully allows the extra $30 to pay for any individual upgrade be it maps or compatibility upgrade. # 5 Being a moderator is a thankless job, a no win job, and as a trained negotiator (look at my profile if you need to know what I do), but I would respectfully suggest that if someone has been too rude they are fore-warned that their posting is being taken down / removed. I don't know if this is how ED do it as I luckily have never been in that situation before.That seemed to be a major problem yesterday. # 6 Some of yesterdays incidents were caused by a general lack of information, by Testers and Moderators, IE: we don't know if x,y,z will work with A,B,C and if it does what will be the result. I remember a couple of posts relating to the installer. and the MAJOR problem with Steam # 7 Management should have given the moderators much more information as to what was working or not working a perfect example was the installer problem, surely that should have been worked out before the patch / upgrade was released, it's not as though it was widely known on the general forums about the upgrade. # 8 If I'm making an upgrade of whatever kind I would have had screen shots, a COMPLETE change log ready and waiting, not a partial log as Wags posted. # 9 Even now after trolling through many posts I've seen very few screen shots of ancillary items, such as New air, land, and sea AI units at incredible levels of detail, apart from the new ship, some more screen shots would be wonderful ....Please # 10 And possibly most important I've made this list hopefully to explain some of the problems as I see it, not to annoy any Moderators, Testers or Management

But as it WAS made by a member of the ED team that counts for nothing ?. This IS my final comment on anything to do with Black Shark I'll stick to FC2 and the A10-c. I'll continue to read the posts at some stage when all the shouting has quietened down. And that is my final careful thought on this matter.

Sorry had to comment on this, Ethereal, How can you say ED has been honest when one of your own team Chizh let the cat out of the bag (http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=32647&page=310) a simple note in Official updates would have at least given us a heads up.

That I don't know I'm afraid, but in the BS2 Released forum it was mentioned quite a few times as for being official I have no idea, I believe Aldega is looking for the posts UPDATE: As Chizh is part of ED I would take that as "official" at the very least semi official

Nate, Sorry to a pain in the .... the point is they knew a month ago and everyone else was left in the dark, I would have thought that such a major item as this should have been over all the Black Shark Forums not just the RU forum. I know your getting Po'ed with all the questions and I'm sorry to add to them but .......

Unfortunately that's all we have, assumptions, especially when we find out by reading over nearly 500 posts (on the BS 2 Released forum) that the ED Russian site had the information about BS2 a month ago, yet no-one from ED thought it might be a good idea to let the English speaking forum know and possibly the German, French, Spanish, Italian sites as well. I for one don't want to spend the hours trolling through and translating other countries forums while I could be playing the game. How much more information is only on the Russian site that we don't know about? and I'm not only talking about BS2, something as major as this should by courtesy be posted on ALL forums.

Especially for those of us who brought A10c from the first beta

A few more screen shots would be nice before I part with my $20 and if anyone has time could the make a better change log (more details). From what I'm reading at the moment I'll most likely wait for the next A10c update but as Wags always quotes: " EVERYTHING IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE"

Pouring a wee dram of a good single malt (aged 17 years) for Viper and toasting the simple remedy.
