Hey Screen!
Come check us out, our doors are currently open: https://www.476vfightergroup.com/ -
I miss seeing these accurately, and as it currently stands, Mudhen drivers don't see our jets in SEC as we taxi past.

I’m contemplating this one over the WW version. Mostly because I saw YT reviews of the WW version that was negative about the deadzone and how that affects the fssb functionality. I have a non fssb WW stick which is great, but I do have issues with the deadzone.
I’m contemplating which stick to go for though. Should I go for the basic stick, or the ce/as version at twice the expense? I have no need for direct memory slots to be honest.
also, none of them are in stock. Any clue when they will be available again?
They should be back in stock at the end of the month. No need to buy the CE/AS unless you want to mount the grip to another (non-RS base).
I'd buy once, cry once. The RS is the better product vs WW.- 2

Yeah, I'm using quad views & dynamic foveated rendering w/ the Varjo Aero and OpenXR.

For anybody that wants it full screen, you can just set float NVG_SIZE = 0
I tried this and wasn't able to get it full screen in VR. Are you doing it in 2D?

TDOA on the NTTR map warps out to space shortly after it's commanded. Included Caucuses track to show that it works fine there. NTTR testing is important testing!

Is this compatible with 2.9? Has anyone checked?

This doesn't seem to be working in 2.9

I have two tracks for this one. In the second track, the contact does eventually age out, but it was never inside the radar scan volume to begin with, so it seems to be detecting outside given scan volumes.

What do you define as social media? Discord use? Joining a squadron is a social activity, so having some sort of social interaction comes with the territory.
-
Most groups aren't going to be "exclusively" one aircraft, but rather have squadrons/pilots within that do fly a specific airplane exclusively. You didn't mention it in your post, but I assume you are looking for milsim rather than casual?

If you're a first time buyer, just go for the Ultra. There's no difference in price and the movement is useful.

Should have one of these for the HARM too

The current implementation is wrong anyway. EO and IR shouldn’t have the same level of zoom to the best of my knowledge given they’re different sensors with different capabilities.
The implantation should be whatever is most correct, whether or not it adds or removes features. It’s a simulator and should reflect an accurate simulation of the capabilities.

The first post still links to V1.20

I’ve noticed this as well.

I'll try disabling OXRTK. I've followed the guide otherwise.

I'm struggling to get this to launch with the Aero. How did you manage to do it?

The HTS is working fine for me. Look up what each group of radars each threat group is tied to. The more you're searching for, the longer it will take to fix. Additionally, don't fly directly at the sites, and remember that the HTS can't see behind you.

So what youre saying, or more or less confirming is, that RS got it right, or at least at right as you can get the behavior and movement of the real F16 stick with a FFB replica. Correct?
Yes, although it is not FFB. Force Feedback uses a motor to provide resistance or hold the stick in a given location. This is force sensing. Similar sounding name, but very different.

Please don't encourage others to continue to abuse the English language in this way.
It’s a significant departure from a typical center or side stick with a gimbal. Seems like you’re being deliberately obtuse about his meaning.

But radar range is not saved, so this is a bit moot
Range is saved, that was fixed.
4 hours ago, S said:What do you mean by this? TWS vs RWS?
Range is easy enough to change with either the push buttons on the display or (even easier) the pipper (up to extend, down to contract, left/right to change azimuth).
Never use TWS.
Range is a good one, but it can also be your cursor correlation range and altitude settings and whatnot that get adjusted. Saves time on a recommit into a short skate or banzai.- 1

It’s very simple. Just pull and it comes right off

DTC - Data Transfer Cartridge ?
in Wish List

It'd be really great if we had the ability to preconfigure a bunch of additional settings in the Mission Editor for our jets.
I realize that some of this would be covered by a DTC tool, but some of it wouldn't. I've built an air start mission for BFM Perch setups, but having to get everyone to setup their jets every time still delays getting into position to begin.
