Hi...is there anyway to tweek the wheel brakes ?......as they don't seem very effective. Watching the real thing at Lakenheath indicates , after the aerobraking, they are much more effective than modelled.

Just updated my 2.7 install, cleared fxo and metashaders,,,,,,,still crashes every time I start second mission. Logs sent to ED. Never had a single issue before 2.7 update.

In one of Matt's early video's I recall that he engaged Auto-throttle on an approach to an airfield recovery....is it implemented yet on the F18 ?

Two fantastic products in the M2000C and now the Harrier coupled with the superb 2,5,1...such realism and immersion...UNTIL I glance left and see the other Harriers on the ground still with no main gear !!....surely its not beyond the wit of man to fix this easily ?...I hope its not a major bug to fix....don't know why but it irritates the hell out of me as its dragged on way too long.

Hi...is it safe to just delete the 1.5.8 Steady directory from my SSD now I have updated my 1.5.8 OB to 2.5 OB ? In control panel there is no option to uninstall 1.5.8 steady anymore. Thanks for any help.

How will new details of any updates included in any ED regular updates now be detailed ?...as they never or very rarely appear in the ED changelogs.

Hi...are we any closer to getting a fix for this problem ?....if its easy to fix/bodge in the LUA then why have'nt Razbam sorted it out. Totally ruins the plane for me.....oh well back to P3Dv4.

Just checked I don't see this problem on the A10C or F15...are we sure its an ED problem ?

Are you meant to have VSYNC selected in game when you are using Nvidia G-Sync ?

Canopy reflection update is superb thanks.....but HUD Glass is translucent and static unaffected by lighting....Thanks again for a superb product.

What is the general feeling with 2.1 and NTTR Map....has it been restored to its former glory and all of the texture detail returned to how it was at launch ?

Having seen the very impressive Normandy map videos and some fantastic Viggen screen shots with a new lighting method will NTTR look as bright and punchy as Normandy ?...currently NTTR at midday looks so dull just like the suns coming up.

Hi All, Just got the F5E and cannot get my Saitek X-55 throttle to work in cold start configuration. In hot start L/R throttles work fine. Have set throttles in F5SIM Axis Commands and assigned L and R individually. Thanks in advance for any help.

OP: I still have the drift in both versions of the IA take off missions but much more manageable now thanks to the great work done in this area. Changing a crosswind into a direct headwind in the ME is a perfect cure for me....and I can then take off without ANY correction at all which I should imagine is also very unrealistic...even for a headwind. This plane does seem to be overly affected by the smallest amount of crosswind on takeoff.

Hi...great update today thanks. Have observed when coming into land on approach with nose down at 5 degrees and at around 250 Knots with throttle closed and I do not bleed any airspeed at all....still need airbrakes to reduce any airspeed or lower gear....is the Mirage really this slippery ?
