  1. I went to the folder but there is no autoexec.cfg. Should I create one, and if yes, how?
  2. I have a problem installing the mod. I unzipped the downloaded archive and put it in the JSGME _mods folder in my DCS main archive, but all textures are missing. I don't really understand a lot about installing mods in DCS so it's probably my fault, but could anyone maybe tell me how to properly install it?
  3. And what about the gunpods for the 109? There's already a switch and lights for it in the cockpit.
  4. By the way, there are also WW2 dogfight servers where only WW2 planes are allowed. They're usually also quite crowded, so that's perfect for fighting human opponents.
  5. I think it's random for every mission, so it's different every time you start the mission. But it's possible to change that in the mission editor and to make it difficult or easy for example.
  6. ESA_maligno , how did you get grass strips for the airfields so they look like ww2 airfields?
  7. Ok, i found the solution myself. I forgot to set autumn in the mission editor.
  8. I somehow can't get this mod to run. I installed and activated DCS Vietnam using JGSME, but in the game, the terrain still looks the same, only the markings for different vehicles are white instead of blue but that's it. I'm running the latest (steam) version and i manually installed some mods before using JGSME. Does anyone maybe know a solution or have an idea?
  9. You just have to go to the lowest category in the controls (at least in the german version) and bind different keys for the different colours. It says "choose red flare" for example. You can also just choose the search function, that's probably the easiest way.
  10. Well in SP, everything works fine for me. I can choose different colours, it reloads automatically after each shot and you have 3 cartriges per colour.
  11. There's a thing i'd like to adress or rather suggest before the final release concerning the gunsight. When it's folded, you cant see the climb/sinkrate indicator and when it's unfolded, you have limited view to front. So it would make sense to have the opportunity to manually remove it in the mission editor, just as the flare gun for example. I sometimes fly the 109 just for fun without fighting,so it would make sense in my opinion.
  12. Yep I have exactly the same problem. When I try to do some dogfights against AI Mustangs, it's always really frustrating because of that, especially in head-ons.
  13. I just tried to replay a mission and it worked. I didnt speed up the time and didnt change anything with the view, and the replay was just like the previous flight. But I agree with you that all those little bugs can become annoying, although the 109 will soon be released, so some bugs should be fixed.
  14. 2. I also have the same problem with tracks. Did you just watch the replay or did you increase the speed? 3. You can change that in the view options. You can bind keys to raise your position or to lower it, just as with other aircraft.

  16. Unlike other aircraft in DCS like the P-51 or the Huey, there doesnt seem to be a visible pilot in the Bf-109. There's a bindable key in the control options for the 109, but it doesn't work (at least not for me). My question is: is it possible to get a visible pilot in the 109 or is not implemented?
  17. did you only use elevator trim or did you activate other trimming? Usually, the 109 only has elevator trim thats why i'm asking.
  18. The problem has been solved with the latest update, everything works fine now.
  19. I hope they'll add wing cannons for the 109 with the release. Just like the 190, there are still some weapon modifications missing, and there are also no other ammo belts than default.
  20. I dont have the same problem and have never heard of that. Maybe you brake to hard or taxi to quickly?
  21. Thanks for the report. But you can just go to the mission planer before the mission and remove it there, so you don't have to restart it and wait 2 times.
  22. I just found out that there's the same problem with the huey, you also can't save changes you made. So it seems to rather be a general problem, not just the 109.
  23. I also deactivated (or deinstalled) my mods, and it still didnt work. I reinstalled them now, however, i've found some kind of go-around. Before you start the mission, you can remove the pistol in the mission planner, which works fine for me.
  24. Well i'm using two mods, new cockpit textures and a new mk-108 sound. Thanks for your info, i'll try to reinstall them.
  25. Since the new update 1.5.3, i somehow can't remove the signal pistol anymore in the mission editor. I tried it with two different missions, but after removing the pistol and saving the changes, the pistol is still there...
