  1. Some actual info on 48:00, posted today. Regards Raptor
  2. The most Headtrackers I know provide all Parameters you'll need to do such a setup. Try Headtracking with Mouse Mode to get an idea. This could also be interesting for HMS and JHMCS.
  3. It would be a very interesting feature for SimPit and curved screen users to be able to move the IHADSS projection with head tracking like a cursor on a static viewport. Thank you very much for your outstanding work.
Raptor
  5. if there is a Pitot port you should be able to run this with compressed air/vacuum and a proportional valve... :smilewink: You can disconnect the needles with a soldering iron from the axes, and assemble a servo or stepper motor on this both instrumments. But its always painful to disassemble such a masterpiece of mechanical engineering. I first thought using original instruments the right way in a Simpit, is to leave them untouched. But even the Mil-Spec connector for clean connecting this many little pins on the back lay arround 100$ each. If I had a half F15 like Mike Powel (whose books a REALLY great) shure no way but just for fun, its better to use the re-engeneer way like Thermal says.
  6. hmmm... don't think so... I chopped a lot of those instruments, its very difficult to understand how these electronics works. And if you try, you would need special powersupply. Most of them work with 400Hz AC. The best thing you could do is to open these Instruments and replace the syncro repeaters which moves the mechanics with a drive you know to control like a servo or a DC motor. :) regards
  7. Hey JG, I'm using Epic too. I wrote a Tool for Lock on two years ago (EpiFC). But only for MCP using QProcs. I'm planing to develop a complete interface for DCS using PH's and Qprocs. But I think it would be clever to wait for the PCIP, so I can avoid Problems with the current "Franken.lua". Maybe we can share some info. Regards Raptor
