  3. This would be the single thing that elevates DCS.... WE have all these aircraft coming out, which is both great and annoying!! (annoying coz they aint got all the bells & whistles yet!!! :lol::lol:) I just think this would be a better priority than aircraft.
  4. For the past few days I have been comtemplating the news about a Dynamic Campaign Generator... This was touched upon in the last email I recieved a few days ago. When I saw this, I'll be honest... I DROOLED! SO.... I would like to see this release to be expedited!!! If this was brought to the top of development pile and released sooner rather than later (I get that it may be a massive project), it would transform the experience of DCS by a huge margin and make it truly EPIC! For me this is the most important thing missing from DCS. I still use Falcom BMS and even tho F4 is 21 years old.... Because of the DCG and BMS, it still makes it a relevant and great sim and gives it an edge over DCS but with a DCG as good as F4's, will knock F4 off its perch and firmly install DCS in its place at the top. I love DCS.... but with e Dynamic Campaign Generator.... I would be helplessly, hopelessly and totally infatuatedly in love with DCS!!! :thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

  6. Just wondering if anyone out there can help me to remove AT missiles from Russian tanks? I'd like to do some tank on tank engagements without the missiles. I have found and tried the T-72 NoMis mod but it doesnt appear to work in 2.5. Any help would be much appreciated! Thanks

  8. I did look at this but my brain just won't compute... I am old and in need of shooting... I also do enough cock ups in the mission editor, so if I do somehow manage to script. I will probably lose my last marble trying to fathom out what has gone wrong when I cock that up... Thank you :thumbup:
  9. Thanks for the reply... My idea is this: Group A, Group B, Group C and Group D I would like: Group A to control Group C Group B to control Group D I would also like to add radio commands for Group A and Group B so that they can recieve individual Mission Orders
  10. Good morning, I am new'ish to mission building and I have a problem and was hoping one of you talented guys could help me with a multiplayer mission I am creating? I have two A10 air units - Boar and Hawg, as well as radio down to two ground units - Zulu One and Zulu Two. My idea is for the two A10 to receive their sortie tasking orders in game (via either text or sound) then clear specific mission areas, then once the area is clear of enemy units have them radio in to give the ground units clearance to move in to hose areas. I have it half working... scoured this forum (found the answers baffling and hard to digest) and the web, as well as using Gloo Toob video tutorials.... to get where I am! I am at I have one set of commands working for both aircraft not one each. Any help would be very much appreciated or a link to an idiots in depth single syllable word guide would also be epic!!   11. Is this where I need to use JSGME/OvGME??? I do not understand this option 1 and 2?!?!? I now have all the stuff in the game with the exception of FARP.... I cannot get the both running.... lost.... big time :)
  12. Any help please? I have this isntalled BUT... Always a but... When I am in the mission editor and I choose the standard farp with four heli pads I get the metal mesh.. It appears to have replaced it. Is that correct? I was expecting to have both... Thanks

  19. On the F10 and the mission planning map, when using the measuring tool, the heading is only given on as a none decimal place bearing - 258°. It used to have a decimal place, so - 258.6° Is there any way we could get this back please? I use the INS bombing on the Mirage to do interdiction misisons. I cannot get my aiming point on my target for bomb release cueing becuase I cannot have a deciaml point on the heading for correct bearing to target. This is throwing my aiming off. Thanks, Jack

  21. I have now got the INS BAD Offest Bombing working like a treat... I also LOVE doing Low Level Interdiction and Loft attacks (yes I put bombs on target lofting them in the Mirage!) What I would like to know is... Can I add the twin Mk82 & Mk82 Snakeye MER to the fuselage hard points, also can I add the Mk82 AIR (Including the twin MER), Mk83, Mk84 and the CBU-97 (for Battlefield Air Interdiction as the Beluga is not very accurate) to the Mirages arsenal?   23. Wonder if anyone can help please? I am doing CCIP bombing runs using INS to guide me to the target and give me cueing for bomb release. I know how to progamme it all etc.... my problem is that as i approach the target, the crosshair that marks the target is off to either the right or left. In the tutorial I watched online, it show the chap putting in the heading as say 289.8 degrees but on the DCS Map ruler, there is no decimal point on the ruler heading. Is there some way to show the heading decimal point and if not, is there a way i can compensate for this?? thanks, Ian
  24. Just womndering if anyone else has had this problem or if any could be of help to me? I have the Thrustmaster Cougar MFD's and they were ID'd on my PC as F16 MFD 1 and MFD 2. Now they are both now registering as F16 Cougar MFD 2, and in DCS they controll only the right hand MFD! This problem has only arisen since I decided to install the Thrustmaster TARGET software.... bad idea??? Probably?!?!?!? Any help, tips or sugestions would be much appreciated! Thanks, Jack
