Do you have more reference pictures, I think especially about the identification number of the aircraft, J-30.? Or special markings on the nose. I did a quick search on the internet without success...

Hi, Here are some spitfires who have flown with the 31st Fighter Group / 309ts Fighter Squadron in 1944. Spitfire Mk.IXc MH894/WZ-JJ "Lady Ellen III" The airplane was flown by Lt. John Fawcett, of the 309th Fighter Squadron, 31st Fighter Group, 15th Air Force, flying out of Castel Volturno, Italy. The date: February 1944. Below - Spitfire Mk.IXc s/n unknown/WZ-GJ "Eleonor" The airplane was flown by Maj. Garth Jared, he was CO of 309th Fighter Squadron, 31st Fighter Group, 15th Air Force, flying out of Castel Volturno, Italy January 1944. It's just repaints, patterns and colors of camouflage will be changed later... Hello, The problem is resolved by modifying the .lua file as follows: { "F-18C_Tactnumbers", 0, "empty.png", false} Then save the file "empty.tga" to "empty.png" with your graphic editor. It worked well for me... There may be another method, just: { "F-18C_Tactnumbers", 0, "empty", true}
