  1. Since the new update I'm experiencing mayor issues with the flexible visor. Slewing the view with mouse is not possible anymore, and when I slew via joystick head switch the view is messed up and I'm not looking through the visor, thus making flexible gun mode useless.
  2. @SkateZilla I finally fixed/corrected everything and the issues are gone. Thank you a lot for your help :)
  3. @NeilWillis thank you for that answer. However, my last question is that also FC3 aircrafts have the issues, so not only third parties. However now that I found out how to fix it myself, I'll do so.
  4. Thanks, I will try that out. But despite it can be fixed by the user himself, it is a mayor bug. Is ED/third parties going to do anything about it or are they going to expect any casual DCS player to dig through his files?
  5. @SkateZilla I'm getting really desparate in here. I deleted all the empty.tga files, there is none left, and the error shouldn't appear no matter if the .lua-file is scanning for "empty false" inside or "empty true" outside the livery folder. What is still causing the error? Do I still need to delete any empty.tga call?
  6. I have no empty.tga file left anymore, but liveries are still faulty. All the other liveries call for the empty outside their own folder, and none of them has .tga in it. Would it be safe to replace any "empty.tga" line in all .lua's? I'm afraid of breaking dcs. Most likely there must be one empty.tga file left which I am unable to locate
  7. But what I don't get is thar all the faulty livery do have "true", they scan for the empty-file outside the folder. So there must be one empty.tga file somewhere which I couldn't locate yet.
  8. Now the problem is most liveries do not include their own empty.tga files, they all bind to one single file, which I am unable to locate. Any clue where I can find that one?
  9. Tried out with Mi-8, and Su-27 now. I just saw I binded the empty to the wrong place, changed true to false now, this actually worked for me.
  10. Now apparently this doesn't work. I checked a couple of faulty liveries and their description.lua's, and none of them contained "empty.tga", always just "empty". Also replaced the empty.tga in the livery folder with empty.png. No difference, gray boxes still there, livery still faulty. Also the problem is, most liveries don't even contain an empty.tga file, and their descriptions are not calling for this file.
  11. Skatezilla I tried your method it does not fix anything.
  12. So you're expecting us to take several hours to delete all Empty.Tga files and edit every single livery description (in my case more than hundred for sure)?
  13. All trim inputs go into inverted direction, like when I press whatever butten I assigned for "trim nose up" it trims it down.
  14. The NAV lights bright/dim switch is working inverted, lights go dim when the switch is set on bright vice versa.
  15. texture issues on ALL aircrafts On all aircrafts, bort number fields or even whole parts of the plane just appear grey.
  16. Am aware of that quick fix but hope to get a complete fix of the problem soon.
  17. I would much rather prefer an option ticking box like it is there for the exhaust coolers or additional armor
  18. When rearming with RN-24 or -28 nuke on the ground, the gear doors are not removed and submerge into the bomb. Also when spawning on ground with nuke attached, gear doors are still there, they are only removed when spawning in the air.
  19. When arming with RN-24 or RN-28, the overhead control panel for the nukes is missing. Same goes for the overhead control panel for the SPS-141 jammer pod. This bug already appeared once a week ago but disappeared with the Monday patch. However with the last update it reappeared again and it's pretty much an inconvienience. I hope there will be a quick fix soon.
  20. Is it possible to get an option to remove the tail doors so it would look just like this? http://img.wp.scn.ru/camms/ar/40/pics/225_1_b1.jpg
  21. If there are any good painters here or developers themself, would be nice to see some of these liveries in the future. 23. So at some modules, there are liveries added with each update, and in the DCS facebook group someone had the idea that people should be able to submit new liveries for aircrafts so they might get painted and added for the next update. This would be very nice especially for the Mi-8 or the MiG-21.
