Thanks everyone. Just wanted to see what everyone things. I mean i was hoping that if i have the Open Alpha with Normandy and NTTR that i wouldn't have to uninstall the whole thing including modules and have to download another setup of DCS.

Why are there so little developers for DCS? Wish there were more quality devs to make more aircraft. Even though im happy with the aircraft being put out and quality

Which one of the downloads will turn into 2.5 stable or will all of the 3 downloads of dcs world turn into 2.5 stable. You have 2.1 early access , 1.5 Open Beta and dcs 1.5.. If i keep the 2.1 early access will be a beta tester or will there be ways to opt out of the updates.

Problem is intel love to roll out there processors fast. Its nice to see competition. You will see some nice features coming with the Z390 platform and so on. But we are happy with Zen and the remarkable move they made.

Well they shell out for nvidia GPU because where is Vega. We are still waiting for custom PCB and cards. It took them 2 years. Working for a manufacture the last 4 years and seeing it take this long was disappointing we were happy with AMD Zen processors but it stinks AMD couldn't hit 2 home runs at once. Don't get me wrong Vega is def a nice card. But again took to long.

I have been getting alot of people asking to fly different aircraft and looking at making a fictional military group would this be stupid. Will less join

I might hunker down, I have my PSU, Case and AIO water cooler for my flight sim rig. I might just get a laptop to play games on in mean time

i5 7600K with 1070 or i7 7700K with 1070 Will use this for gaming and streaming

Would i be ok with gaming on the i7 7700K? I heard the 8700K will not be out for quite some time

AMD looks like a great choice. Even the current 7700K is good. I dont think Coffee will be out in sept

With the Exit of VEAO coming what do you guys think about the small list of developers? Does DCS have a future? Will DCS ever get more developers? Will DCS last another 5 years or will it die down?

So people without the software are not having problems with the hotas or BSOD How do you calibrate it if you not using the software?

My thing is since i do enjoy other pc games is how long will developers support windows 7

If you upgrade your Processor your going to have upgrade your motherboard. Also if you upgrade to Z270 your going to have to move to windows 10 unless you use a 6th gen processor and slip stream the drivers into a usb Your budget would help a lot.

Did anyone here when this might come back in stock?

What about calibration if you not using it. Stuff like this makes me want to stay with windows 7 for 2 more years

Chances are since i probably won't use the toggles and stuff since i have a button box by DSD

Would I be stupid going with 7.. I mean support ends 2020.. New games should work for a while till they stop support in 2020
