It doesn`t work for me, I just enable the module in the Installed section, and the it should start the download right? In my case DCS just asks for a serival code to activate the module.

It is associated with loadouts and very easy to replicate. Just place a clean Hornet in the ME on the NTTR, start the mission, everything works fine. Then go back to the ME put any kind of ordinance on the jet and the mission will freeze during loading. Only happens on NTTR, not on Caucasus, can`t test on any other terrain as I don`t own them and Hornet has to be set as Player. I have attached my log file. dcs.txt

I have the same issue, all my missions with any type of loadout freeze during the loading screen, while every other mission with a clean jet is just fine

Thanks for helping, I suspected a problem with the OS, so I run a Windows repair which did the job. DCS is now finally working again, now I just need a Tomcat in my hangar :pilotfly:

I too have issues with DCS crashing on startup with the latest open beta and stable versions. I tried a reinstall, didn`t help and I repaired Microsoft visual C++, which didn´t do anything either. I guess I will wait too, especially as the current 3D implementation needs the gunsight to be removed and therefore is not very useful in a tactical way. Hopefully it gets added to the ZA and can be used together with the gun sight.

Good day everybody, after the NS 430 has been added to the L-39 I consider purchasing it. But how is the current status, is it bugged/feature complete? Any recommendations would be appreciated.

I listened to a podcast with an eagle driver some time ago. He flew both Charlie and Echo Eagle and said, that the manouverabilty was overally worse on the Strike Eagle. Main difference was worse sustained turn performance. But the podcast wasn’t to technical so I don’t know whether that’s entirely true... and it was some time ago

I just checked the mission in NTTR, to see how understandable it is. There is a small mistake in the VO, the instructor tells you to enter East on longitude coordinates but the correct one would be west. But I don`t share the same experience as Dave, I think the INS alignment is pretty clear and I never had a crash neither.

Any news about the info gathered on your trip? I would be really interested to hear what the real operators said about the module and what changes we can expect to come.
