Will this version of the F-14 have IRST?

I just don't see them doing an F-16, but take a moment and think about the massive explosion on the forums that would occur if they announced that tomorrow.. WOW

With the amount of Tomcat teasing, it is fairly easy to say one of the aircraft released this year with be the F-14. My guess is the 3rd project which they won't announce on Monday will be the one using the ground radar. It probably will require the most work moving forward, so they aren't shooting for 2015 release. That said, I can wait for my SU-24, or A-6, or F-111 :)

SU-24, A-6 , or F-111. Any of these three I'd happily buy!

Let's not kid ourselves, we need a carrier. It is the Tomcat, she needs her proper home. I'm still willing to wait, and i'll happily fly a land based cat before getting the carrier.

I had to look up the wiki, I never knew the F-15 had such a longer range that the F-14. Just seems like it should be reversed. That's amazing.

I actually love the Skymaster, i've always wanted to fly one and still see them in the air from time to time. But if we went that route, I would prefer something different. I'd lose my shit over an OV-10. Still, bring on the Tomcat!

Agree there is no way F-14 comes out this year, at the very least early 2016. There's just too much going on. Super curious about the other two air frames. Have they dropped anymore hints regarding the next two? Would love a Mig-31 or F-111.

It will be interesting to see what version of the Cat we get. Personally I would love to get the B with the better engines, but obviously getting the D with all the ground capability added in service life would be best. Just happy we are getting an F-14 in the first place :)

Dont do the F-4! F-8 all the way, the last true gun fighter! An A-4 is my close second, and would be a lot of fun to fly. I'd also love for a MIG-25 or MIG-31, if they wanted to keep the MIG theme going.

Please, F-14. I'm not picky, i'll even take the A model with bad engines..

I know the 2-seat thing would be a hassle, but I would still love to see the F-14. It was given a decent amount of multirole ability towards the end of it's career.. Carrier ops with DCS needs to be done.. that being said, I agree with most here, it will probably be F-18 or F-16

Well I think I am moving out of the camera's FOV like you guys said. When I do the same movement only 1 of the dots is showing, I'll try to reposition myself and tweek some things in settings still. Thanks for the help.

Sorry if this has been asked before, but I'm new to this game and trackir. I'm still trying to get the hang of trackir, it takes some getting used to. One problem I am having with it is when I try to look at objects up close. Take the ABRIS for example, I'll position my head so I'm looking at it up close, and hold it there while I'm looking at everything. After about 5 seconds of keeping my head still at this position, the view automatically switches back to the default position. With the learning curve, it is quite frustrating when i just want to take time to study some of the instruments carefully only to have my view switch right back to center and unzoomed position. Any thoughts? I'll keep trying to play around with the settings. On a side note: Gez i'm enjoying this game :)

I'm in Costa Mesa, ca.. So far none of the stores in my area have it in stock. All day it was supposed to come today but did not arrive. Hopefully others are having more luck.
