I tried this before. I was told he would taxi from here and when I got about 5km away I got a mission failed message. I'll go ahead and give it another shot and let you know.

Okay I tried the mission. Same thing happened. Now I did notice a couple of things. First, there's a point when my wingman tells me we're on point, but ahead of schedule. I saw this once before. When I join up I get the normal messages from the C-17. There's a part when he tells me to "watch this" and normally did a pitch up maneuver, but this nothing happened after the message. From there on all other messages were normal (turning 070, sprial decent, etc..). I followed him and did a formation landing and followed him to full stop. Never go a mission failed, never got a mission successful. Also I contacted tower for landing and never got a response. Any ideas? I must be doing something wrong.

Oh one other thing. I kept tight formation all three times with the C-17, I even landed in formation on the last try, so I don't think that's the cause.

I'm having problems with the 2nd mission in the F15 campaign. Where you have to escort a C-17 back to your base. I've flown this mission 3 times and I'm not getting a mission complete message (or mission failure). Do I have to do something to release the escort? Thanks
