    DCS: F-5E!

Hope they put one on the Eastern Side, name it Mig-28 and give it the Black Paintjob with the Red Star on the Tail by default :smartass:
  6. The most annoying thing for me is that I don't have the space & money for the right controls. I have an X52 Pro but after I saw this video yesterday: I just want that Max Flight Stick thing + Oculus Rift so bad...but the price for it both, oh boy  For me it's like I get into DCS for some time, then I loose interest in it because I mostly don't have that much time to get super into it...and then after 2-3 Months I come back and I'm like: YEAH it's still my favourite flight sim! :joystick: I wish I just had a buddy to fly & mess around with in DCS as all of my friends don't do any Simulators at all :noexpression:
  7. Please make the Helmet and Body Textures for Pilot/CoPilot seperate so we can have different Helmet/Flightsuit/Gear Paintings
  8. I'm sorry for the late reply, I wasn't at home the last week. You put the Livery Folder to your DCS Huey Liveries Folder in your DCS Installation. I'm not on my pc right now, but it should be something like: C:\Programm Data\Eagle Dynamics\DCS\Bazar\Liveries\UH-1H If you see the names of the other liveries from the UH-1 (for example US Navy), you're in the correct folder. Put the unzipped US 160th SOAR, etc Folders in there. Then you can select the Skins inside the Editor. @=GR=VAGGOS I took the default uh1_pilot.dds and made this my "template".
  9. Yeah I know. I'll upload it later when I'm done ;)
  10. Sure I can do that  Here are the Dropbox Links for the 160th SOAR, 160th SOAR MEDEVAC and the USAF Livery: 160th SOAR: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/98273664/US%20160th.zip 160th SOAR MEDEVAC: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/98273664/US%20160th%20Medic.zip USAF: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/98273664/US%20Air%20Force.zip The 160th SOAR Livery has Pilots with Sage Green Vests, the MEDEVAC has them with Black Vests. There are files in every livery so you can change it. In the US Air Force Livery there is another file with Pilots having Green Vests instead of Sage Green ones. Just rename the filename or edit the lua :smilewink: Uploaded them on the DCS Page also. Cheers. edit: Don't look too close onto the Gunners at the USAF Livery...I'm not good at creating textures on my own :D
  11. Ah..I thought about that. Thanks for clarification AlphaOneSix
  12. So I started on the Pilots: SOAR Pilots: ---old screens--- Does somebody know what the SOAR Pilots have as a Patch on their left/right arm? ---old screens--- What do you think?
  13. Thank you for those awesome skins
  14. So I was bored and thought I'd start up Photoshop again. Fictional Liveries. I'm making black helmets for the SOAR Pilots. Edit: 160th SOAR: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/98273664/US%20160th.zip 160th SOAR MEDEVAC: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/98273664/US%20160th%20Medic.zip USAF: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/98273664/US%20Air%20Force.zip The 160th SOAR Livery has Pilots with Sage Green Vests, the MEDEVAC has them with Black Vests. Just rename the filename or edit the lua :smilewink: Cheers.
  15. :joystick: Love the Huey! Just have to give me X52 Pro Setup lots of love to set it up right. Takeoff and Landings are a mess for me, but I'm getting there! :smartass:
  16. Thank you Eagle Dynamics for such a Great Simulation :joystick::pilotfly:
  17. somehow it works now and I did just nothing :smartass: Sorry for taking your time :music_whistling:
  18. Hey Folks, just made a new and clean install of Lock on and Flaming Cliffs, but somehow the Clouds are weird  6000+ AMD X2, 2GB RAM, Geforce 8800 GTX. FC 1.12b Windows XP Home, SP3.
  19. Thanks for clarification
  20. Quick question: Are Multicores supported by DCS? Think I read something about it, that in Blackshark MCores aren't supported and will be supported with a later patch, won't they?
  21. Thank you guys for all your opinions and tips! Flaming Cliffs arrived today, last 4 hours I was messing around with the SU-25T, gotta love the advanced damage system and flight model. I've been playing lock on for 2-3 years, not really serious though, just to have some fun with it. But with Flaming Cliffs I think I try to take the Sim itself abit more seriously, trying to improve my flight skills and to have a bridge until DCS will be released  Will look into multiplaying Lock On FC soon :joystick: Thanks again :smartass:
  22. hmm ye but I guess flying an Black Shark which is behaving like the real one we would do even better with rudder pedals that with the twist rudder...just my thought. I've been doing well with the twist rudder in any previous game though. But I will see for myself how I do with the twist rudder when DCS is released and will test then :smartass:
  23. so first: gettin' Track IR 4 then Rudder Pedals then X52 :)
  24. Thanks for the quick response and the warm welcome :) For sure I know about that rudder pedals are better than a stick with the 'twist-rudder'. For Black Shark I agree with you that it's the better option with the pedals as you said. So now I know what to save my money for :joystick::smartass:
  25. Quick question about the X52, maybe I missed it but: Does the Stick has the Rudder option? Or do I need seperate Rudder pedals? Sorry for OT ;)
