  1. K. Thanks, folks.
  2. Does it matter? I am also wondering what my T.160000M FCS Hotas is. Can't find anything on the box.
  3. Turns out my new toys do not like 3.0. After repeated frustrating tries punching map buttons till I was blue, I decided to try the 2.0 ports and now it is letting me map. I do have a ten foot extension that runs into a 3.0 hub, that goes to my box which sit five away from the desk. Am hoping that does not have anything to do with it.
  4. Still struggling to make my new toy work. Really having problems mapping. Read a bit on someone asking about the different USBs and decided to try my 2.0 ports. Now mapping is working. A brand new stick and throttle? And it don't like 3.0? Go figure.
  5. Thanks TK. Will be looking at these closely. If you can post a layout that would be great. Never having delved into the mapping too much in the past and being away from DCS for so long it is a bit of a trek back. With the new TM I have read people talking about T.A.R.G.E.T. DL'd it yesterday and am trying to learn it. Hoping to change that pinky wheel axis, the paddles and the throttle on the stick to buttons. Haven't figured it out yet. I am also hoping to get away with few moderator buttons as the stick itself is so loaded to begin with.
  6. Thanks Koz. I will study and see what works for me. I see your paddle is just a rudder too. And no use for the pinky dial? Also I have just retired my Logi X 3D Pro. Had it set up with six modifiers . Don't use pedals and am thinking, with all the buttons on this flightstick I might just use it alone for the P51D and other WW2 planes to come.
  7. Attachment didn't work. Trying again. Nope. Guess it is telling I can't post it on another thread. Check it out over in Input and Output.
  8. Posted a printout under input and output. Was able to use Paint to clear the boxes and start to add my own. Please have a look I am sure I need a better setup but just getting back into DCS after a couple of years away it is like starting all over again. The big rocker on the throttle would be a nice speed brake function but can't get that to take. And the pinky wheel won't map to anything either. Putting the layout (so far) on here. You should be able to save it and use Paint to change it for yourself. Whatever ya got, I'd like to see it. Oh ya, and the switch on the bottom of the stick for left/right? Don't know why it's there as you can map all the buttons on the stick. Unless it just flips them around.
  9. Anyone got this yet (stick and throttle) and having difficulty mapping it to A10C? Cause I am.
  10. Finally got most of the mapping done. Pressed the "go" button. WTF? World Alpha is not free? ARRRRUGH! Edit: OK. 1.5 installed and some mapping done. Most are functioning. Some won't take. The paddles on the throttle won't map for, say Speed or wheel brakes. Or anything for that matter. The end dial also won't map to anything. It's probably just me. I may figure it out in time. These settings are for DCS A10C. I am wide open to suggestions.
  11. Finally found one from some random sight that I can edit. The settings are not mine.
  12. Exactly. But the Warthog is so different it won't do. That with the blanks and T.16000M FCS images would be perfect.
  13. I think they are going to come on as the new "must get" joystick. I mean the price is great. And physically, they work great. Just hoping to get a printed out layout soon so I can understand it.
  14. Thankyou. I know the stick is the same and the throttle is different. I have the manuals and am aware of the button layout.
  15. Wish I could say I am offering this but truth is I am newly returned to DCS after several years off and am trying to get back into it with this new Hotas. I saw Ralphy's Youtube vid on it and believed it was the one for me. I downloaded the closest thing to its illustration, the T16000 (Modded) layout but the throttle has changed and no one has produced a diagram on the new one. I could attempt this with Paint but would prefer not to. I do need an illustration, though, to remind me what goes where. Any help here?:joystick:
