Just installed DCS (latest version of 2.5) after upgrading to a new rig, but it seems like the mission planner is "gone" (?)... to choose weapons, skins etc, any clue? have i missed something? Please help me Best regards Per

Yes Sir I do understand that. "Beta" allright, but we have seen other "Beta" releases that by the time they releases it was better than this. This is not a bad release, not att all! But the bugs, issues, problems with textures, preformance, AA etc, is a true drawback from other "Beta" releases.

...Its strange and odd that ED released this "unfinished" update without having it another go at the workbench. They had promised us (wich was too bad, I think) to release it before en of Januari. And this is the result, a non finished "update". Not just only one but so many steps back compared to 1.5.8 in so many aspects. I could easily have waited another month or two for this, and for a finished an "cleaned up" update. ED and their team has over the years given us state of the art flightsim and realism. Top notch! But this is not even close what we are used to... Regards Per

...Yes, like I wrote, I hope ED fixes this ASAP. Too much issues, graphic problems, jagged edges, fishy, "swimmy" textures, strange colurs and stutters etc etc, to say that this "upgrade" from 1.5.8 to 2.5.0 was a sucsess or "fantastic". No way! But it sure will be, I hope at least... but not at this stage! Nope! Regards Pelle

I realy hope that ED fixes the problems with the lights and AA, for sure the have don a fantastic job. The have indeed! But preformance and textures/AA was way much better in 1.5.8

In the "ME" (?) Ok, I try to find that... And another questione, cant see the liveries in the meny, they are all black, why? And I run 1.5.8, thats correct I hope, I cant run the Harrier in 1.5.7, or? Best regards (Oh, by the way... I managed to at some point get some moore fps... sliders next to zero, and 256 graphics in the pit, that did the "trick" at least for now... the worst "drop" in fps is when turning the Harrier in the air looking at the sides through the canopy...)

Exact! Its "unflyable"... more or less, at least not in this stage! RAZBAM should NOT have released it in this stage. They must have seen this! I have almost all other modules, everything smooth as slik, sliders almost to max everywhere. And this? Looks like FS98 days... Beauty to look at, yes. But the rest regarding fps/stutters... not gona say the word...

Therer must be some "Quick fix" from RAZBAM very very soon! cause this is not even worth trying to fly, like one said before. No other module acts like this, everthing else I have runs smooth as silk! But this one, no way. Come on RAZBAM, let us fly this beauty You given us... but not under these conditions, please. Agree with Runbil, sadly this is almost "unfyable" The worst stutter and loss in fps I have ever experienced! Could this be the uptade to 1.5.8? or is it the module itself?... Sadly, She has to stay in the hangar until this is solved... so sad, so sad... There has to be some major wrong, somewere... Best regards Per

Thanks, anyway dear friends, I finaly got the Harrier up an running! (Awesome bird!!! Great work Razbam!) But, there is an awefull and painfull stuttering! almost "horrible", and almost "impossible" to fly, worst I have ever seen... any ideas? Has anyone experinced that yet? Best regards Per

Thank You so much guys! I have to practice som more I guess..., But Looney, is there not a way to remove those IR supressers if i select "free flight" or "create a mission"? Thoght also there were some "backdoor" for the VRS, (I mean in some cfg/lua or ini, or what ever the name is) to sort of "remove" that effect... but I guess there is not... Dear MI-8 fans! First of all, a huge thank You to Belsimtek for this excellent helicopter!!! But since I am new to this, I need some help... First, is there a way to "remove" the VRS? som that the rattle and shaking goes away when I am learnig to master this beauty. So she acts more steady an stable? Simply stunning! Its lightyears in distance from everything else!!! FSX, X-plane You name it, DCS Rules!!! I have the Viggen, FLC3, MIG-21 And MIG-15, and going to get the Mirage this evening.
