I was flying around for a quick flight, and i got the FCS caution ENGINE OVRSPEED. I can kinda guess what it is but im not entirely sure. I was flying at around mach .9 or so and in straight and level flight. Anyone have any ideas? :helpsmilie:

So after upgrading my processor and motherboard, I reinstalled DCS world as well as my TrackIR. however, for some reason there’s a very large amount of latency between my head movement and the movement of the camera in the cockpit. The same goes for my X52 Stick, but it’s not as much of a problem. This latency is driving me mad, does anyone have any tips or advice to mitigate this problem? :joystick:

So, I have a question regarding the TACAN on the 18C; does it have the capability to perform air to air TACAN ranging for, let's say, practice fights? From what i understand, two aircraft can have reciprocal TACAN settings, ie: one is set to 12X with A/A receive, and the other has 21X A/A receive. The TACAN provides ranging between the two. Is this modeled? I want to learn ACM with friends and this would be better than having someone check F10 and plot the range from the two.

So, is it just me, or do all the servers have extremely high ping as of this past week? I'd have server pings of 50-75 or even less. Now every server I see have around 200+ ms.

Yo how much does anyone want to bet that once Jester comes out, someone is going to make a voice mod like for Elite Dangerous? That way we dont have to open up menus and just say like "Jester, Launch 1 Fox 3" and he does it. I feel like thats the appropriate progression, dont you?

Hey everyone quick question; after updating I seem to not be able to set up my TACAN course lines on the HSI page, nor do I see the TACAN station symbol that I've tuned to even though it gives bearing and range, and shows that it's being received. I'm asking if this is a known bug, or am I just doing something wrong? Thanks!

So I don't know where to put this, but some help would be appreciated. I've ran into a bug wherein any aircraft's altimeter will not climb past a certain altitude. Usually 25,700 ft, I thought this mightve been a static port blockage, but upon trying to use alternate static on the A-10C to no avail, I tried with the F-15, MiG 21, F-5, etc. The F2 view shows correct altitude, and that I am climbing when in a climb attitude. However, this doesn't effect just the altimeter, but Aircraft performance. When in the F-15 at 30,000 ft prior to the most recent update, I could get up to Mach 2+ but now, I cant even get Mach 1.5. at 25,000ft with no fuel tanks. This happens on Multiplayer, and Singleplayer. Maybe its a bug with the ceilings or temperature, or what. So, if that could get looked into, and responded, I'd be appreciative. Again, as I don't know where this belongs, If a mod or someone of that rank could move this to wherever it belongs, Thank you in advance.
