Task Force Trident Competitive ­ We are now recruiting competitive pilots. Pilots of any aircraft welcome but we are looking for F14 pilots the most Excess competitive pilots will be given the oppertunity to help raise one of our other competitive teams. So for example, if you fly the F16 and the main TFT competitive team does not need then you can fly for the Thunderbirds Wing competitive team. What you will need. ­ • We would like to see people with around 500-1000 hours experience. Less experience is still welcome as we will train you but we are not accepting beginner levels into our competitive team just now. So, some experience in BVR, ACM and BFM is essential and we will teach you the rest. • Well developed knowledge of your aircraft. • They must be able to follow instructions well and not argue with a flight lead. • A good teamwork orientated mentality. • Proficient in English. What we will teach you. ­ • Tactical skill in BVR, ACM and BFM. • How to switch from both a defensive and aggressive stance during A2A engagements at will. • Tactical Formation knowledge. • Wingman Tactics. Mirage update. Somehow I was under the impression that we would get all the proposed updates at once, but good job so far. I would second the coment on the switch animations feeling too slow though. Looking forward to the rest of it. :)
