So I tried installing the other driver, same issue it crashed as soon as I started loading the plane so I was able to spawn and then it crashed while before it would crashed after minutes in to it. yep it does, one weird thing that I notice is that sometime when in game I can hear my audio dropping (spotify song) and getting stuck at a lower volume. Now that DCS crashed also crashed obs and icue. Also It didn't create a crash file, or better there is one but with just a few line in it

Nope game is fresh and clean, also did a clean and repair with no results. About the overheating regarding the other thread, mine goes as high as 66 C so shouldn't be an issue at all.

Unfortunately this to me means nothing but thanks for your time, will it help if I say that whenever DCS crash it usually crash with another app like discord/obs or icue? (obs was running but not recording)

I've been doing tutorial all day without encountering any issue but it's an all other story playing online. I've been trying about 4 server but as some point the game crash. I have an high end pc with 16 Gb of Ram (which I initially thought it was the issue), 2080 and 2700X. I removed any overclock I had with no result. I repaired and cleaned the game (which I downloaded yesterday after taking a one year break, before it worked fine btw). I am running the open beta. I usually run obs, spotify and discord in the background and my ram utilisation is between 70 and 97% while running dcs. I also have saved the crash log but have no idea how to read it or where to upload it.

Hey guys, I wanted to get back to DCS after a year break but I am unsure on what to download; while I know the difference between beta version and "standar" I don't know which of the 2 is more populated, server and player wise.

What are those?

I believe VR player are a really small group considering all the 2D player but with that in mind on a 2080, a card that cost more than a month of salary, in a multiplayer server I am doing 30-40 fps (only on the ground of course) and 60-70 fps while flying in 1080p; how can people play 2-4K or even VR is still an incognito for me. This is one of the game that is making me buy a new 1080p monitor instead of switching to 1440p, with escape from tarkov.

With the last update 2.5.4.28615 I've notice some lower frame rate, between 15-20 less frames; am I drunk or has anyone had the same problem?

I've followed jabbers video on the rio start up and the an/awg9 tutorial, yet when I play in multiplayer there is nothing appearing on the TID; what am I missing?

Hello there! I recently change pc (FINALLY HELL YEAH BOYZ) so I copy the dcs folder not to redownload the all things; I also copied the Dcs folder saved in "saved games" (where it keeps the control, settings, ecc..). Once I start the game tho I have to rebind everything; any solution?
