Hi @fausete, I just tried it twice at Kobuleti and without any mods. And the alignement went fine. So it would be possible that the error is actually related to the use of some mods. Or even the splash damage script. If I can somehow reproduce it without any mods, I will let you know.

I could reproduce the error, but now I'm not sure if it is due to some mods. This is with High Digit Sams and also I have modded cargo ships, I am sorry. So maybe you can not replay this trackfile without those mods. I tried it also in a clean mission, but there the alignment was successful. And thank you for the tip with the gyro alignment, in the past I never waited long enough for this. But in this track file I did it correctly. F1EE_align_2.trk

I had this in SP. Now I'm not sure if I waited long enough to finish the gyro startup. I will try again and attach a track file, if the error occurs again.

Hi @fausete, no I didn't move the plane. What I did, I was switching on the radio and the error occurred few seconds later. Also I don't know if the correct procedure to do the alignment is after engine start or before with ground power.

I tried the rapid alignment ALR on the Sinai map. I have the problem sometimes it works correctly and sometimes the alignment stops with an error. The red light UNI is then illuminated. What can be wrong there, or is it a bug? Could it be a battery problem? I always start the engine first.

The gain control does not help. I tried my best with gain, brightness, contrast and antenna elevation. I try to post a trk file later with the latest patch. -

Here comes a screenshot. These are the mountains near Fujairah at PG. The radar stays black except lines from roads. You see also my ground weapons settings. I also tried different antenna elevations, but it did not help. Surprisingly at Caucasus the radar works fine. Maybe this error is somehow related to the new shaders at PG? -

Problem: In 2.8 I get no ground returns from the Radar in GM Mode. All I see are points and lines on a black background. I tested in Persian Gulf and The Channel maps. I verified gain and brightness settings and could not improve it. I tested different weapon loadouts and weapon mode in VIS and PRE, also TGP in Stby. Always the same result. Expected behaviour: I expect to see returns from ground, especially mountains. I compared this with the Wags Video on GM Mode and I should see the relief like returns from mountains. -
I noticed when I use the Ticonderoga in combined arms it will not attack ground units. But you can attack the terrain next to a unit and the ship starts firing.

I have created a trigger zone and checked the option hidden. But now I can not find a way to make it visible again. The zone is still there, but I can not edit or remove it anymore. Can somebody help?

Sometimes, its very easy to lock a vehicle and sometimes its impossible. It is supposed to depend on lighting conditions, which might result in bad contrast. In the past I remember it was only depending on the time of day and it was impossible to get a lock at times near dusk or dawn. At the moment a real simulation of the contrast detection of the shkval is not implemented I think. As a work around you can still launch the missles in manual mode and guide them manually.

I bought the campaign too! I really like the setting and I was surprised about the detailed villages in the persian gulf map. I never before explored this spot on the map from the view of helicopter. Thats really cool. But as I am not the best Ka-50 pilot I must say already mission two is hard for me. At first it was hard to spot the right targets from the distance and now I got this far, that in the end always the last enemy tank shot me down. As there were two Hind helicopters for support, it is a pity that I can not call them again for help after they finished their attack run. I would have liked that mission to be a bit more flexible designed, but I know how the mission editor works and it worked without any bugs. In one attempt I missed a trigger zone, so its important not to miss an important waypoint. At least the good thing is that I really have the feeling I get better with every failed mission. So maybe today I can finish the 2nd mission. -

Thanks for the quick answer! That option would be nice, because for the immersion into the mission I like to hear the russian voices. But my russian is very bad and I can not follow the mission without english subtitles.

Hello, I just started the Pandemic Campaign and I really like the setting and the beginning of it. In the description it says it has english and russian voiceovers. So far I hear all in english. Is there the option to play with russian voiceovers and english subtitles?

I have this module already for some years, but I never used the manual weapon mode in the past. I did not notice it in the flight manual and maybe it is not really explained. In fact it is a very important option and easy to be neglected as a beginner. When you set the weapon mode from auto to manual it enables you to launch the Vikhar missles without a proper lock. This is very imortant when you can not get a lock due to bad lighting conditions for example at dawn. Also it enables you to launch ripples of missles, which can be really deadly. You can launch a missle every few seconds and then slew one after the other manually onto the next target. I hope this info is interesting for you and I am not the only one who did not know about this

I don't know if it's just my fault or if it is a bug. When I want to select the radio preset channels with the UFC it is not working. When I select the channel with step up/down or I type in the channel number than the frequency is displayed below, but it is not used to transmit/receive. To make it work I have to type in the whole frenquency manually and confirm with enter every time I want to change it. What am I doing wrong? Does somebody else have the same problem?

+1 Today I was not able to release any GBU-54. I started a mission hot on the runway in Syria. I think I did everything correctly as shown in the video by Wags. But the bomb release didnt work. -

Thanks Dagger, I think it happened because I forgot to select EGI as nav mode. This explains why I also had no flight path vector. I will test this later. Thanks for the help! -
I have not flewn the A-10 for a while and today I wanted to try the new Syria mission. But something is wrong and I can not see a gun pipper or bomb reticle. Maybe I forgot something during start up? The strange thing is I can fire the gun and drop the bombs, only the reticle is missing. Can somebody help me and tell me what I might have forgotten? Or is it a new bug? Also I can not turn on EAC, I dont know why. Everything else seems to work fine.
