i have a hotas warthog throttle. so if i use finger lift to shutdown engine, it will works? because i've tried without it and engine doesn't shut down.
-
Hi, sorry for my dumb question. but what is the function of the throttle finger lift? I've noticed that, without using it, in a catapult launch, afterburner doesn't engage. you can engage it after takeoff from carrier moving trhottles again. Furthermore if i set to idle my throttle, without using it, my idle rpm is around 70%. but using it my idle is "more idle" (throttle go more way back) to about 65%. What is the usage of the finger lift in a normal way? thank you so much.

I use MSAA 2X on 1440p monitor. Tried SSAA 1.5X instead of MSAA, but with a huge fps loss and worse image quality.
-
I usually use MSAA 2X for my 1440p monitor. I tried SSAA 1.5X and MSAA off, but impact on fps is about 20fps less than MSAA 2X.

I5-7600K @ 4,8 ghz Crucial 16GB DDR4 2133 CL15

With a gtx1080 and 1440p@60hz resolution, with MSAA 2X, everything maxed out except visibility on ultra and traffic off, i have rock solid 60fps almost everywhere. Low flying in Dubai i have few drops to 45/50 fps.

I never used AB detent on my hotas warthog. My question is: in the F/A-18C the only way to check if AB is engaged is to monitor fuel flow and nozzle position? Or there is other indication?
-
So, single press of the button will engage low NWS. Holding the same button will engage HI mode, and single press of the disengage paddle will disengage NWS at all. It's correct?
-
ok, so it's not an on/off command, like a-10c. but you have to hold button to engage NWS? like F5?
-
thank you so much

Hi, sorry for tsa potentially dumb question. Will F/A-18C have two mode of nose wheel steering? (HI and LOW like the AV8B) If yes, where is the switch to choose between two modes? Thank you so much

Mavericks still not working. Not selectable via Stores page.

Hi everyone, i have a system with the following specs: - I5-7600K@4,8ghz - MSI Z270-A Pro - MSI GTX1080 Gaming X - Crucial 16gb DDR4 2133mhz CL15 - 2xSSD in RAID0 (where DCS is installed) My monitor is 1440p@60hz A simple question: If i change my DDR4 from 2133 to 3000/3200mhz (or more) will i notice any performance improvement?

With the hotfix 4 today i've experienced immediate game crash using F5E, both single and multi.
-
same problem here: with F5E games crash immediately. with A10C any button press cause game crashes.

Hi, i have a gtx 1080, and even using two different sensors image on each mpcd (L&R), for example DMT on right and TPOD on left, i'm able to mantain a rock solid 60fps @ 1440p. But when i activate NAVFLIR on RMPCD and simultaneously on HUD i have a huge fps drop. My only choice is to disable NAVFLIR image on mpcd and keep it only on HUD to avoid low fps. But why? Maybe NAVFLIR image is more demanding than DMT and TPOD together?
-
No problem! I know this is a beta, and this kind of problems may occur. thanks to ED for this masterpiece! ;-)

Even with the last 390.77 driver the game crash. But i've experienced that this crashes are mainly with AV8B module... very rare with the other modules, still present, but less frequent.
-
i can try to install latest nvidia driver, instead of 388.71
-
Previously i've done a cleanup/repair. I had also reinstalled nvidia driver, removing it with DDU and reinstalled 388.71 (best in performance for me). I've no other option to try now

I've experienced several crashes, with every module and every map i use. It happens randomly, after 5 minutes, 20 minutes...without a specific situation. Looking at the log it seems a problem with dx11backend.dll dcs.log-20180223-203353.zip
