Yes, RDR will not transmit with Weight on Wheels.

Currently the only way to manually set a frequency is via the Manual channel on COMM1/2. In RL you can overwrite any of the preset frequencies you wish with a new one. This is currently not modeled. Reference paragraph for extra info: The operator can load or change the frequency of the twenty preset channels. Rotate the channel select knob to the channel to which the frequency is to be preset. After selected, a six digit frequency in Megahertz is entered using the keyboard. When a valid frequency is entered, the system determines the proper AM/FM modulation for the entered frequency if the modulation is not operator selectable. For frequencies in AM only or FM only, option window four is blank. If valid, the frequency and AM/FM mode are loaded and stored in the selected channel. Please fix this as it essentially only allows one usable channel per COMM unless you have correct presets. Thank you,

It appears the UFC is not working correctly because you cannot change the frequencies in the preset channels. When you clear the current freq it clears out all displays and does not allow you to enter a new frequency. Manual is the only one that is currently working, and intermittent at best.
