Sorry for the necro, but wanted to ask one or two questions about all this and hopefully someone can answer. The mini analog stick is all good, this I understand. What I was thinking of is if it is possible to also exchange the 3 4-way hats that are on the throttle handle for 3 5-way hats. They would be of the same sort as the one that will be moved if installing an analog stick. If it was possible, does it mean that the new button would need one more cable? The buttons I was thinking of are these https://www.apem.com/us/nv-series-276.html. Maybe not that particular brand since they are quite expensive, but something similar. More buttons means more options and since I'm happy with my V1 throttle I don't want to buy another one just to get a few more buttons and a analog mini stick. What do you guys think? Yay or nay?

Import profile from file and it should start working. I had to fiddle around a bunch with all that before I got it all working. Might have to save profile also before it starts working.

Now I got my invoice saying my order has shipped. Includes throttle, mongoos flight stick and desk mounts etc. Order was placed June 3rd.

Would be interesting to know how long it takes to assemble one unit. Both on the warbrd base and on the throttle. Could maybe give us some insight in waiting time.

I read that, but I think I wasn't really thinking straight. I keep thinking that a module can be different things since the F-15 is available as a "module" but not fully clickable. I will go back to sit quit in the corner now and try to think a step longer next time :).

What are your plans on how the player can interact with the cockpit? Are you hoping to make it somewhat full fidelity or is it more along the lines of a flaming cliff aircraft? The answer doesn't matter, I will buy it regardless and be super happy to be ably to fly around in a JAS in dcs.

People using trackir still needs to see the monitor, turning your head using vr makes the "monitor" follow you. In "real life" you have better resolution than in vr. For now we all have to make do with the resolution provided with the monitor/vr kit we have and that our computers can manage with ok fps. Bet that with new generation vr set there will be much better resolution and ED can make the game look better and people will have an easier time spotting others in game.

I also had problems when trying to order from their site. Had to use Edge browser for it to process at checkout so I could pay for it, the site was still not working properly in Edge but I managed to order anyway. As for the price difference, I think it's because of the import taxes. On the EU site it's already in the price. When ordering from the .by site it's not included and you will have to pay the taxes when it arrives to your country. I was wondering about this also when I was looking and the answer I got from Virpil was that the price in the end would be about the same even if I ordered from the .by site.

For the total price of all that I would rather buy the dof reality motion platform. One guy on youtube even modded it so that the screens move with the platform.

If this comes out as a module I will not fly any other aircraft. I really hope you pull this off, it looks amazing.

My guess is that he pre-ordered.
