  1. version 4.1.036 installed? Is BlackShark on the games list (TrackIR software)? What version of Windows are you using?

  3. With Vista, it could be a permissions level issue. Try runnig both applications as an admin (Shortcut -> Right click -> Run as admin)

  5. OK, once you installed the TrackIR 4.1.036 software, did you then update the games list (TrackIR software-> Update -> Check for Games Update)? Is Black Shark on the games list (profiles tab)? What OS are you running? Green LED on, on the top of the camera?

  7. It sounds like the custom profile has vector selected, instead of TrackClip Pro.
  8. It is odd that it is limited to BS, which would lead me to belive it is a system specific issue (isolated to your setup) of some kind........
  9. Anything above 4KB should be watched. It is a possability, could also look at your firewall/antivirus software applications, and make sure they have TrackIR set as an exception; not sure why it would be isolated to one application only........
  10. Looking at your tracking screen, within the TrackIR software, what do you see? What version of Windows are you running?
  11. Might be a little corruption in the 5KB file, as anything over 4KB is odd. What version of Windows? Could try a clean install of TrackIR - Remove the TrackIR software by doing the following: a. Click "Start" b. Click on the "Control Panel" c. Click "Add/Remove Programs" d. Find "TrackIR" and click "Change/Remove" e. Once launched it will give the option to completely remove it. f. Delete the NaturalPoint folder at the following location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint g. Download and reinstall the software from the following location, http://www.naturalpoint.com/trackir/06-support/support-download-software-and-manuals.html
  12. In the following folder location, C:\Program Files\NaturalPoint\TrackIR4\Profiles, what is the file size for each profile? Are you running any Anti-virus/Firewall software? Have you made any changes to the system recently?
  13. Yes using the modified newinput file will break the TrackIR support.
  14. The clip, and clip pro are designed with a specific configuration, so placing dots on a hat, can cause erratic tracking.
  15. Running both applications at the same permission level? Yea, I haven't heard of a file corruption issue.
  16. So it isn't detecting the gaming application at all, no blue LED? What version of Windows are you running?
  17. OK, sorry for the delay, I was away from the office yesterday. When using the TrackClip Pro, and look at the tracking screen (View -> Tracking), do you see the 3 green fasirly vertical and centered? Any red on the tracking screen? Is the TrackIR unit mounted to the left of the monitor?
  18. Are you using the TrackClip (metal clip) or the TrackClip Pro (attached to left side of headset)?
  19. No issues, try to help out, where I can.... :)
  20. Make sure you have changed over from vector to TrackClip Pro, in the different profiles. Do you have more than 3 objects on the tracking screen?
