Also, when you go to save any changes you have made to the default profile (5.x software) it will want to create a new profile, as the default profile is designed to give you a basic profile to work from and any changes that you make and save need to be create with a new profile. (i.e can't save to the default profile)

Have you tried running both the TrackIR software, and the gaming application as an admin (right click on the exe file for each, and select run as admin)?

The TrackIR drivers are currently 64-bit. The TrackIR software itself is 32-bit Further support for the software to be a 64-bit application is currently being looked at, but there is no timeline for it's release.

FC only has support for Yaw, Pitch, and z axis

When this occurs, if you look at the TrackIR software, camera view do you see more than 3 green objects, any red?

Also try running both the TrackIR software, and BS, as and admin (right click on each exe and select run as admin)

Also , when looking at the camera view/tracking screen, more sure that the IR leds are fairly centered in the camera view, which maximizes the cameras ability to track you with the greatest amount of freedom.

Shouldn't be any differnet movement, regardless of the number of screens. Does the TrackIR behave erratically within it's own software?

Hmm, clean install of both applications, no modded files installed?

What version of Windows are you using? Do you have Black Shark listed on the games list?

Actually it does work, with the demo, the games list just needs to be updated. TrackIR software -> Updates -> Check for game updates -> restart software

You could try reinstalling the USB stack, on the PC.

It should work fine with a powered USB hub (external power supply). Generally most USB hubs, on the Dell monitors, are powered and I haven't had an issue with my TrackIR plugged into it for testing.....

The error about the TrackIR performing better is an issue of the chipset bios reading the device improperly. Somethimes a bios update will reslove, or you can just ignore it.

Also look at different curve settings, such as adding a dead zone for the response curves.

by default the F12 is the hotkey to center, but you can reassign it, within the TrackIR software, to keys not being used.

Look at trying different video card drivers.
