    Anyway, both logs hangs on Heatblur DLLs. Have you excluded the DCS core installation folders in your Anti-Virus solution? If not. You should. It could be it just takes a long time scanning the files.
    Do a full repair after for good measure, if you hadn't added exclusions before.

    Thanks for the reply. I've added exclusions. I did full repair earlier and it didn't help. The hang happens on other modules too, not just the Heatblur. I just tested those two for the logs since especially F-4E hangs. Another is Av-8b. Hornet works sometimes.

    Something very bizarre is happening.

    I decided to try with custom page file so set it to 32768 and reboot.

    Tried dcs again, with my orion 2 hotas and got pretty much all of my modules to load to tarmac, Av-8b, F-14, F-4, F-18, F-16, M2000, Mig-21 and F-5. They all loaded just fine. I thought I cracked it. But, then decided to exit the game, unplug the hotas and restarted dcs and set F-16 on park and stuck again on "spawn objects". 

    This is driving me nuts.

    I'm out of ideas. Let's see what the log says tomorrow. It could be its only rebuilding the shaders in the background. It will do that the first time after updates etc. Hence why I monitor the log file when I'm impatient.

    Yeah, desperate measures etc. I'm so pissed about this issue since it came out of nowhere and I haven't changed anything. Whether is dcs update or windows.

    You tried a repair? Like I said. The processes are identical. The Updater is actually responsible for installing, updating and repairing DCS. While none of that will help if the error is in Saved Games. Did you try to rename the DCS folder in Saved Games?
    The file called DCS.log, while the crash logs are nice too. I assume you kill the DCS process when it hangs?
    In a post above, there's a link to a live log viewer. I can highly recommend you install it. Then you can in realtime monitor the DCS.log file, and see what's happening when it hangs.

    Tried slow repair too and deleted excess files. I didn't try to rename it, I deleted the whole folder. Yes I kill it from the task manager.

    I'll check it tomorrow and post the log when it hangs.

    A repair will not touch Saved Games, try to rename your DCS folder in Saved Games to DCS.old and try again. With problems like this, a corruption in Saved Games is often the culprit, a repair/re-installation will never fix.
    It's also good practice to post the DCS.log, please do!

    Tried that before the reinstall, no difference.

    And by dcs.log do you mean that single file or the packed one?

    Did you @ebabil finally fixed this? I updated the latest patch today and the problem is still there. Rarely loading moves past the "spawning objects" and the game just hangs.

    Did whole new reinstall by first deleting all the dcs related folders, then downloaded it to new folder,  no mods installed, patched it today and still the same issue.

    Now it doesn't work at all anymore. Deleted dcs.openbeta folder from the Temp folder etc. Just hangs on spawning objects. Deleted all the logbooks and input folders too. Nvidia caches also. Every time when set as a player in the editor, the game hangs, doesn't crash but just hangs.

    I'm having the same issue. Sometimes it helps to alt+tab to taskmanager and then back to game and it starts to load the rest of the mission. However it doesn't work everytime, especially F-4E just hangs.

    I tried deleting all the old .diff files and no joy.

    edit. Tried even without controllers installed and same thing happens, especially on F-4, F-16 and F-5. Jumping to taskmanager and little wait usually works.
