  1. That is exactly what I've experienced, even after restarting DCS. I didn't have the time to record it as I had to go back to work, but that sounds very much like the problem I had.
  2. They've released a bug correction list today. Not a single mention about this issue. I am afraid to have waited one month to continue with the same annoying bug. It is really keeping me out of flying some times. Some times I just get tired of squinting my eye, getting closer to the monitor or whatever just to see what is on the screen.
  3. This is getting academic... me likes :D Following
  4. What I can't figure out is that I can't get DME from Stennis anymore. I reloaded it in the mission, tried a range of different TACAN channels (which should work for the current update for T/R).
  5. MM, Thanks! I brought it to my lab today as I lack resources in my house. Hopefully it all goes well. I connect them directly to my motherboard, so no USB hubs.
  6. Hello there, I am having this issue as seen on the video. If I move only the right throttle, it will move only the right one. If I move only the left throttle, after reaching a certain point the right one syncs and advances together (it is still in idle physically). Can that be a software issue? I am not running Saitek's software because I really don't like it. Or should I open it and see if there are any crazy wires moving around? This also happens in X-Plane.
  7. Should have scrolled a bit more. Sorry. Things here move quickly
  8. Two different situations: Situation 1 - I have all my channels preset on ME. During my mission, if I change COM 1 to Manual, dial in an ATC or other frequency and then go back to my preset channels, they now keep the same frequency that I've dialed on Manual Mode + I can edit the preset frequency after I do that, which didn't use to happen. This happens while flying or with WOW. Video for a short illustration. Situation 2 -When navigating through my waypoints, some times they get stuck, specially on the 'Data Page'. I click the arrows and three things can happen: 1- Scroll normally through the waypoints as it should be 2- Waypoint number doesn't change, but I see the coordinates for the other waypoints changing 3- The waypoint and coordinate does not change at all, it gets completely stuck. To solve this I need to close the data page, and open it on another DDI (or AMPCD in case I was navigating using the DDI). Then the waypoints scroll normally as they should. Sadly no video. Cheers.
  9. Soundwaves are mechanical waves which depends on matter to propagate. As Air is a fluid, it will vary its characteristics depending on the temperature and humidity, behaving as a different propagation media when compared to ISA (International Standard Atmosphere). So it will propagate slower or faster depending on the media it is traveling on, e.g hot air, cold air, water, a peace of iron, etc.
  10. I am almost sure that the F2 will give you your IAS, not your TAS. Using approximations and a few conversions, 780 km/h IAS gives you about 1490 km/h TAS at 6 km of altitude, QNH 760 and -12.4 °C (at ground level I assume, which would give you about -52 °C at 6 km).
  11. That is what I get as well. And I am not talking about those crazy 40G that I saw on Facebook, but something between 8 and 10G for a very short time.
  12. Is somebody else having problem with the KC-135B? I thought it had been fixed with the last update. No problem AAR with KC-130 and S-3B.
