Господа вирпилы, разработчику официальной кампании для МиГ-19 нужна техническая консультация. История такая: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=229980 Перевожу (простите, если технически неверно): 1) Порядок взаимодействия перехватчиков (Миг-19) со станциями наведения. Как пилоты получали направление, как осуществлялось наведение в общих словах? Какой из доступных в DCS радаров целесообразно использовать для воссоздания эпохи 60-х? 2) В то время управление перехватчиками осуществлялось напрямую? Существовала ли практика наблюдателей/наводчиков? 3) В плане звучания радио в то время, было ли больше шумов? Кто-то может поделиться записью того периода? В общем, можно отвечать сюда (и я переведу в английский топик) или напрямую по ссылке выше. Всем спасибо.

Prefer they make Hormuz and Caucasus better/more realistic rather than having another imperfect map.

Throttle function assignment map - anytime soon?

can anyone suggest how to make a button function out of the small 'throttle' controller on the T-50 Throttle? I want to use it as a gear up/gear down controller

I am not a Virpil employee, not an insider, neither an expert of Belarusian customs duties. I just have a theory that it's easier for Virpil to, say, load a truck of its products, do customs formalities, bring it to an export-friendly jurisdiction (Lithuania) and from out there send parcels one by one to customers in the EU, rather that sending one by one to customers around the world from Blearus. Just a theory. Knowing ex-USSR customs officers I would be very cautious to try to predict any ETAs to the US or NZ for instance. Maybe I am totally wrong or/and old:( It also seems like Virpil tried to bite more that it could chew. Through my short experience with them I discovered that installation guides aren't there yet, troubleshooting guides aren't there yet, products themselves are not mature yet either. There's a great deal of effort and dedication from employees though, which I could feel, but, it seems clear that the main problem was over-commitment (from management?). Well, that happens even to big guys like Boeing and Lockheed-Martin, take KC-47 and F-35:doh: Nevertheless, I wish Virpil all the success and hope they get out of this mess quick and fix all their logistical, website, software and product hiccups. They will become better. And I am ready to contribute:thumbup:

I'm just comparing my feelings with the A-10C. With F-18 there's no 'bumping' effect at all once breaks are applied...

Might sound dull, but I can't make my wheel brakes work. Left and right break functions are both assigned to toe breaks for my pedals, I can actually see the aircraft's breaks press while I am pressing. But. It doesn't produce the required result - doesn't slow down the aircraft on the runway/deck a bit. Any idea what's wrong here? P.S. NWS on the HUD is on, nose wheel steering is working as it should. But not the breaking. PPS. Pressing "W" produces the same zero effect: toe breaks move, but no breaking effect, the aircraft keeps on rolling

The solution was very easy for me - I just turned on the light in my room. Dark rooms creates confusion for the tracking devices of the Odyssey.

Noticed an interesting feature (bug). My F-18 is flying straight, but then the 'pilot' moves the stick left, then forward. Throttle is constantly 'shaking'. I am using malibu43's map. Before I calibrated all CH devices, then downloaded the map, then turned on the Mapped Mode. I mean the a/c follows my pitch/roll commands, but then all of a sudden moves the stick left and forward! Anyone has faced the same?

Fantastic cockpit in VR indeed. I noticed two drawbacks though, not sure if they are related specifically to F/A-18. I am using the Odyssey: - when I lean towards an instrument or a panel, I can get two opposite results; either I get closer (zoom in) or the cabin kinda 'keeps the distance' away from me - if I get the 'closer look' result (my preferred one), I can easily look 'outside' of cockpit, as if it was an open window in a car

"А ларчик просто открывался!". Да, я перепроверил калибровку РУДа, он совсем немного до крайнего заднего положения не доходил. Перекалибровал, и всё получилось. Спасибо!

Всем доброго дня! У меня устройства CH Products, управляю ЛА в DCS через Mapped Mode проги CH Control Manager. C A-10С следующая проблема: после выполнения всех предшествующих запуску левого двигателя действий (ВСУ, насосы...) сам двигатель я запустить не могу (RALT+Home), т.е. ручка газа с 0 на малый газ не переходит. Если сделаю старт миссии с ВПП или в полёте, когда двигатели запущены, то управлять тягой через CH Pro Throttle могу, но не могу двигатели выключить (RALT+End)! Т.е. проблема как-то связана с устройствами ввода СН, которые конфликтуют почему-то с запуском и выключением двигателей. На это указывает и эксперимент, когда я отключил их и двигатель запустить смог по стандартной схеме. Ещё раз. С устройствами-то всё в порядке: все оси работают, все кнопки тоже, самолёт летает и стреляет. Но почему не работают команды запуска или выключения двигателей?

Привет всем. Кто-то может выложить маппинг Fighterstick+Pro Throttle+Pro pedals для FC3, A-10C, Black Shark-2? Скачал такие из ch hangar (CF2 правда, не CF3), но они с Throttle Quad. Я его удалил, но что-то пошло не так: захожу в CF3, а там все оси навешаны не туда... например, педали почему-то прибавляют газ. Честно, устал уже бороться(( Спасибо

Оно, конечно, верно...но откуда на все время взять. Хорошо бы все "РЛЭ" и "РБП" прочитать вместе с "Наставлением по ремонту":book: И если в Локоне было "все просто", то мне логика подсказала, что те же принципы будут и в Ка-50...

Спасибо. У меня почему-то сначала было так, что в разделе "Осевые команды" в каждом столбце CH Control Manager были заполнены ВСЕ ячейки ППУ, педали, ручка ОШ. Когда сделал как тут (см.Axis assignments) http://www.simhq.com/_air12/air_390f.html , т.е. в каждом столбце присутствовал только один контроллер, то все стало нормально, определялось и работало.

Не являюсь экспертом по программированию контроллеров СН, потому использую чужие раскладки с форума ch-hangar. В данном конкретном случае пользуюсь раскладкой BlackSharkScatter.map. Запускаю через Control Center (4.5), режим Mapped, тестирую - все оси и кнопки в порядке. В игре же не работает ось РУД и Педалей. РУС - в порядке. Что я делаю не так? В Локоне и Горячих Скалах описанный способ с соответствующими .map работал, все оси ОК. В опции-контроллеры даже не заходил. Подскажите, пжста, у кого какой опыт с СН и ЧА. Если кто-то кастомизировал .map - с удовольствием опробую. P.S. NewInput.dll (380 Kb) ставил

Я с 1996 года по 2002 летал на http://di1.shopping.com/images1/pi/35/bf/da/20298828-100x100-0-0.jpg и CH Pedals. Верой и правдой, ни одного нарекания за 6 лет. К авиасимам вернулся в 2008, теперь CH Fighterstick+Pro Throttle+Pro Pedals. Доволен как слон.
