Thanks Avilator for the answer, but that its not what i mean to ask. I´m asking specifically about the hardware, which buttons are and who sells them. If you go to electronic manufacturers, you´ll see that they sell diferent kind fo buttons and switches. I would like to know the manufacturer or distributor of those kind buttons. thanks anyway.

I want to build an small console with buttons and switches (don´t have the time, space and money for a full cockpit ), and the buttons of the image below are exactly what i want for the console i want to make. The image is from opencockpits.com, and i´m talking about the buttons labeled "WXR", "STA", "WPT", and so on. Does anyboy know where somene can get those kind of buttons? Unfortunately the opencockpits forum its pretty much dead to ask something and receive any answer. :( Thanks in advance!

Recently, in preparation of the DCS-A10, i bought the book "The Modern Hog Guide: The A-10 Warthog Exposed" (Great book by the way!) http://www.reidairpublishing.com/RAP03.html Anyway, on the A-10C cockpit pictures, it calls my attention the display with a full keyboard on the right panel. It looks like a complex avionics system. Since i also fly F4, i think its not the equivalent to the F-16 ICP, but more advanced, since the cockpit also have a UFC (Up Front Control panel) that its similar to the F-16 ICP right above the front panel. What is it for?. I doubt its there for playing DCS-A10 or DCS-Ka50! :D

I´m not upset at all. And i understand and agree that its a low priority option, and for stability reasons it was better to remove it, but its a such a neat detail to have it, that it push me to put this little request (complaint). Please don´t take it as a serious complaint, the spirit of the topic was more of a request, but i guess i wans´t succesfull to make it look that way. And as for using winamp or aimp, its not the same thing, not even near. Still, i for your post i keep high hopes to have it back, even if most likely will take a lot of time to get it back since it must be very low on priority list. Thanks for the answe c0ff!

Not complaining about the patch, well just a little bit :), its great, but just when i'm starting to get in to this sim, i learn by reading the manual how to set a radio station frequency and hear it, and by reading the forum how to hear internet radio stations while flying, and with patch 1.02 we lost all that :( I want to hear some music while practicing flying this beast, because i can see that it will take a lot of hours to master. And the possibility to hear music while flying using my own created audio files was very apealing. What is the problem with the new engine sound that we cant have anymore this great feature!. This is interesting. Is it possible assign a radio frequency to an audio file on 1.02? I want to hear an music audio file i create while i´m flying, if i set the right frequency, noh motter where i am. :)

Hi, This is a A5 format document with the avionics of the DCS-Black Shark, with the indication of the russian and english term for each switch, knob or dial of the Ka-50 cockpit, and the default mapped key. I started this because the guys of my squad (www.ecv56condor.com.ar) fly with the cockpit on english and i use it on russian, and when i received the instructions it become problematic to know which switch or knob i had to move. And also sometimes using track IR it was problematic to select a switch, and needed a quick guide to know the key combination to move that switch and don´t waste anymore time. After a rough A4 format document, i decided to make it more complete and use it as an auxiliary document of the great operator checklist made by Erik "EinsteinEP" Pierce of the 2GvSAP, which also have printed and use as knee-manual. Hi, On the targetting display control panel of the black shark, we have the tracer switch and color filter optics, and they have this text on the switch and dial: TRACER SWITCH: TP OTKA COLOR FILTER OPTIC DIAL: CO (more than a O its a "fi" symbol) K Half circle Full circle Asterisk ATK IOTA NA NY What do they mean? Literally. Need to know for something i´m doing. I know they have noh function, its because in reality they are noh longer used, because its classified, or just ED decided not to model them for whatever reason. Just curious about it. Thanks! :)

I don´t think the Warthog as a good option for rob86 because most likely it will be in the price range ot the Saitek X65.

I´m a fan of the Thrustmaster Cougar, but i don´t recommend it if you are relatively new with flight sims, so my recomendatios are: 1) X-52 Pro 2) CH fighterstic and pro throttle. In none particualr order. They work all very well, and will be a lot more easy for you to configure the profiles. If you fly world war 2 sims, consider fast on acquire ruddle pedals. In my humble opinion, the pro flight ruddle pedals of Saitek are the best out there, at least that you want to expend A LARGE amount of money.

Ah no, yo hablaba del Allied Force, el OF nunca lo probé, y ahora tampoco lo voy a hacer por la causa que acabás de decir, no anda en Windows 7. Bueno, por lo menos, con lo tuyo, ya se me clarifica el porque no funciona la cosa con los dos triggers. Quedará entonces programado el 2do stage del trigger como boton DX1, que así parecia andar tambien. Millón de gracias!

Voy a revisar. Por cierto, yo tengo windows 7 64 bit y Falcon anda muy bien. Solamente hay que instalarlo en una carpeta GAMES o similar en el disco C:, y en GRAPHIC SETUP usar D3D HAL, no hay que usar la opción T&L. Spanish: Probé este método Legolasindar, pero no funcionó. Fuera del sim, cuando cargo el perfil al Cougar con foxy y lo pruebo, parece andar bien, pero adentro del sim, cuando uso la 2da etapa del trigger, dispara el cañon pero no deja de hacerlo hasta que se acaba la munición. :( English: I tried this method, but it seems to work fine outside of the sim, but inside it just fires the cannons and keep firing until you run out of ammo. :(

Millón de gracias Legolasindar, espectacular los dos métodos. El primero lo había pensado, pero como no era el que queria usar, por eso preguntaba acá. Había solucionado el problema asignando el TG2 como DX1, y ahi funcionaba, pero nuevamente no era lo que buscaba. Voy a probar el 2do método, para ver si anda como buscaba (I will try the seccond method to see if it works as i want). Gracias de nuevo!

He he he he, sorry, Lockon was replaced for Black Shark for me. :) With Black Shark 6dof cockpit, improved graphics, clickpit, and usable avionics systems, among other things. lockon just seems ugly and "too light sim" for me. But that´s another subjetc. :)

Survey done. Even if i like very much Saitek SST software, i like even more Foxy flexibility, and i prefer one thousend times keep the features and flexibilty of Foxy to the more direct and simple aproach of SST from Saitek.
