Question: In the options in the game, I have Full screen ticked. When I do this I need to untick Full screen. I also have Cockpit 1024 selected, do I need to change that? Do I need to select the Shkval and Abbris on right and cmera selection or leave it on the org. setting?

Hey, Tks for the post back Ramstein, the one I tried was the exe. I should try the zip. I'm also using Win rar. It seems some times rar likes to change the d/l to a rar file. When you say "unpack do you mean to a folder you've created on the desk top? Thanks for you help. I already have running Phantom Monitor running in the back ground, cool you just launch it and there it is, in the tool bar. I'm also running Dcs Max 1.6.1, does that creat a problem? Tks again.

I don't mean to sound totally stupid. I can't find where the files are to be pasted that you sent? I'm also missing my "Config Producers file. If it wouldn't be to much, could you tell me where and how to replace these files... This is something I've never done before and you would be doing me a GYNORMUS favor helping me with this. I wish I could offer more than a typed Thank You. If you'ld like and it might help I could call you or we could Team Speak. I also have Ventrillo. I also saw people posting you had to use something other than Note. I saw one person stated he did in MS Paint, and I saw others say they had no probs with Note. I'm using Vista 64 in 32 bit if that makes a difference. Once again thank you very much. By the way you mentioned monitors phyiscal location and changing the text. My main monitor is central {46 inch} and the 2nd is to the right, facing the 46 inch main. I hope Fakum can fix his, good luck. By the way I went looking for Notepad ++ and could not find it any where else but at its site and I tried re d/l quite a few times and different files and could not get any of them to work. I asked earlier if Word could be used and was told it could not. I wonder if you save the change before cutting and paasting vs just copying and paste if that makes a difference in Note. k, I tried again. 1st I created a file on the desk top named Notepad ++ 2nd I d/l the file. I went to install and it said error could not install poss. due to an incomplete file something or another and to contact the author. I'm new to trying something like this so please understand.. Trying to learn though.

I tried to d/l it and after running the exe it gave an error and would not install. Thanks for everybodys help.....

k, now I'm "mifted" I ran Pham. Mon fix and its in the tool bar.{I clicked the rar 2x and had to exit one} I went in to C.// Eagle Dyananmics Ka 50- to get in to the program files and could not find the files to replace or cut I'm totaly lost. I couldn't gt notepad++ to install after d/l the exe. When I tried to install it gave me an error. Can I use MS Word. I think my brain just ozzzzed out my ear....... I feel so stupid and noobed....

Just as Fakum stated, I can't say THANK YOU enough Ryke.... What I can say is YOU ARE DA MAN....... I'm going to go try this right now and get working on it. I do have 2 questions. 1. Do you have to use somehing other than Note Pad and what do you recommend? 2. Do I have to deselect full srceen in the game as that is what I have selected now. I have a Son Bravia 46, scrn. res.= 1680x1050 this is my main monitor in the center. 2nd monitor is a Dell 17 scrn. res.= 1280x1024. I've d/l Phantom Monitor but have not installed yet. I don't have DCS Multi Mon. I hope any questions needed have be listed. I don't have NotePad ++, I looked at it and didn't know even remotely how to install. Tks. in advance for ay help you could offer.....

I was curious if there was any idea or projected cost for these new aircraft planed for release every 9 months? Will these be free updates if you own Black Shark already or half the cost of the original price of BS?????

Hey Ramstein, whats up... I thought I'd be the only one with a setup like that!!!! Do you use a Sony? {Not to say one monitor brand is better than another} I just love flying with that huge screen in front of me, its very very immersive... If I had the $$$ it would have been great to go with a projector or similar. We'll, it was hard enough to get the wife to agree to the 46... Yes, I to use a DVI to HDMI, I have a SVGA on the back to but there is a difference between the two. What scrn. res. do you use? I found 1680x1050 looks pretty good. I wonder if the way there set up is part of the prob.??? I also use a ATI, its a X1950. Kinda wish I went with a HD series but got a 500. card for a good price back then.. Tks. in advance for any help with our dilemma.

Cooool, I like the new SST sftw. Tks. for the help... I can't wait to use this in BS. I hope they fixed the way your profile prints out, I didn't like the way it printed most recent. The pic you used to get was awsome... Thanks again and will try this out now and will post back....

Keep in mind that current SST software uses .pro files for the profile, whereas the original versions used .dat files. They are not interchangeable. I read on Saitek's site the new SST would save as .pro but would not be a prob. if you did not use the X52 pro. I'm not using the beta yet, I think... I went to the release SST. I may have missed understood what you said. Tks. again.

Tks. big time CyBerkut... I felt so stupid when I saw axis assig. highlighted at the top. I think those of us who have exp. with the SST sftw. are so used to way its been done in the past. We'll evolving with the SST sftw. over time. I would almost sware I didn't see the axis assig. be it a brain vs frustration thing. I was thinking of setting up my X52 the way you detailed. I like the idea of SST mapping the keyboard commands. I haven't had the probs. I've read posted here and in other forums. What is your opion of the beta SST and are you using Vista 64 in 32 bit as I am. Thanks again for your reply and was most informative.......

Normally I wouldn't have even finished reading a post like this but as someone who just made this mistake. Please remember and try to remain civil as not everybody is an expert and there are many forums out there. Also you may turn someone who is new off to the forum, we all at some point and time were new..... Just some thing to think about.

Sorry about the bold text, I should have dug alittle deeper but I found my answ. after I posted in frustrtion. I've used the SSt sftw. many times in other flight sims, but I have to admit BS is an interesting case. But this was totally my fault for over seeing the listing in the drop down. Sorry about posting in the wrong place btw. So many forums and to few brain cells, hahaha...

Tks in advance for any help, I'm using a non pro X52. Ok, I'm going nuts.... I have never had a problem as I've had with trying to map the Colective +/- to my X52{not the Pro}. Any suggs. would be great.... I've tried til my brains have fell out?????? The Collective is mapped to the slider on the X52 in the game. I don't see this in the game controls/ options. And I don't see it in the profiler which would be right. When I try to find it in the options and I open the drop down list it shows "ins collective" in the game, I double click the box for the X52 and the list for keys and it shows the HOTAS as joy button 1 thru 111 if I remember correct. Nothing that idents the accutal throttle, like axis + or -/ or X and Y!!!!!!! ARGH.............. Now I'm really mifted... Thanks again for any help.

Hi all... I read the FAQ post ref the reverseal of the Shkval and Camera view when using multi monitors, when I clicked the attachment to fix the problem it came up as an invalid attachment? Does anyone have this fix or can advise anothe way... Thanks for the help.
