I said I would not post in this thread anymore, so, first let me apologise for breaking my word. I just felt in the light of things I would like to add a little. First off I have learned a lesson. And thank you Slayer for your insight. I could not have said it better, and, maybe others can learn from this situation. I can tell you it has been over 90 days. I do know a little more about this than some other members. If you look back you will see Urze stated he would stop taking orders, and, only fill those that were paid. That was 2 months ago. Also from what I know from other members in my situation who have stayed in contact with me, there were only several orders to fill. I will also put forth this statement, knowing that I will get my a*s reamed out by Urze's friends. If you were starting a business, and, suddenly found out that because of lack of time, parts, help, funds, etc., why would you keep accepting payments, and also, would you not return money to those who have paid? I know I would! And I would simply state that because of unforseen circumstances, I am unable to fill your order at this time. That did not happen. Hitman is also right in saying that there is not much you can do. At this point I don't expect to get my money back. And as always I do not now, and, never have, wished any ill will against Urze. I'd like to think I can rise above that, and, not let anger 'rule the day'! I thought I had finally put it all behind me. And then one person left a message telling me and others out of money to "chill". Chill? We've been waiting 3 months now! Chill? And then I felt the anger rising again. It is so easy to sit back and say something like that, especially not knowing the whole story, and, what I have been through. I think that is what prompted me to write this message. It does suck losing money, but, please don't fan a fire that was out by leaving messages like that. It's almost like people are making out me and others out of money to be bad people. Finally,(whew), I would like to thank the new friends I have made in this forum who have helped me, understood my frustrations, and made a lousy situation easier to get through. I also learned some valuable lessons from these new friends. One being, try not to be angry or bitter because nothing good comes from it. I'll take these friendships, over lost money, any day! Thank you.

They were made by Go-Flight. But only for a short time. I guess sales were not to good, so, I got them as close-outs. Too bad because the're well made, built to last,( I hope)! Also my desktop screen is now a nice shot I took of the KA-50 firing some rounds.

This is an older picture. Have since added race car seat on rails, and, TM HOTAS. Next up; AcesII seat. Then I will 'attempt' to start building an A-10 pit. And I can't stress 'attempt' enough!!

I am writing this message because I not only feel obligated, but also, because I would like to offer an apolgy to everyone following this thread. After some deep thinking, but most importantly, after some really good 'talks' with Triggerhappy69, this will be my last post in this thread. I am doing this in part because of a rather nasty message left by someone. Thankfully Acedy edited out the offending remarks. Since the thread was re-opened speculations concerning Urze have run rampant. This is wrong. And I feel in part responsible for this happening because I have been the most 'vocal' person in this thread. And I let my frustrations, and yes, at times, anger, get the best of me. When that occured I wrote some rather nasty speculations labeling Urze, among other things, a scammer and thief. That was totally uncalled for, and, I believe, only helped to 'fuel the fire'. Anger is a basic human emotion. We all experience it, but, it is how we deal with it that matters. So setting my emotions aside, I read Triggerhappy's post again. This time I understood the point he was trying to get through to "all of us". I also knew my 'gut reactions' to be inappropriate. I then spent a good deal of time reading many of the 'hundreds' of posts written by Urze, (a great deal of them in Triggerhappy's popular thread; " Uuuuaaah..! I have started building now..!" In all of his messages he offered his knowledge, help, and assistance to many members of this forum, (myself included). And as I read them I also gathered the joy Urze has with this, (our) hobby. He has helped many people, and, made many friends in the process. So I can see how it is indeed puzzling for him to suddenly stop communicating. Over the past several days I have been in contact with Triggerhappy. I told him I now understand the point he was making, and, I apologised for my shortsightedness. We have been trading some really good talks back and forth, and, I have made a new friend. So thanks Triggerhappy, and, definately +1 rep for him! In closing, I would like to thank all of the people who have offered their assistance to me. I do hope one of Urze's friends is able to contact him, and, I do hope all is well. Of course he is not a scammer, and, he didn't run off to some exotic island. It isn't THAT much money. It also makes no sense whatsoever. My final thought is that perhaps this thread should be closed. It is serving no purpose other than people speculating. But it was one thoughless, cruel speculation, (edited out) that has made me re-think everything. So this will be my last post in this thread. I wish everyone 'good flying', and, thank you.

deadsmell, I just downloaded Tim Conrad's Embraer A-29B Super Tucano. 1ST saw it in a vid flying over TileProxy. It's one sweet aircraft, and, the price is right. There are many versions, modified from the original, with different skins,panels etc. Highly recommended! :thumbup: I also have all the add-ons hitman spoke of, and, all are well worth it. Good Stuff!

I have FSX installed now with a ton of add-on aircraft, but, haven't flown it for months because of Black Shark. I think I might give this a go! BTW, did anyone see the vid of Tim Conrad's Embraer A-29B Super Tucano flying over TileProxy Beta 8? Truly amazing stuff! Now I gotta try and get hold of that plane also! Thanks A.S for the links.

First off I would like to state, as I have before, that I wish no ill well towards Urze, and I do not hope anything bad has happened to him. Of course I don't! Secondly, I was diagnosed with major clinical depression over ten years ago. I have been hospitalized three times for it, and, to this day must take medications daily. It is a horrible disease. I woudn't wish it on anyone, and, I pray to the good Lord that Urze is not suffering from depression. Now that is a very private part of my life, but, I decided to disclose it because there are some people, from what I have been reading who must think I am a terrible person. If you knew me personally, you would know that to be the farthest from the truth. I would also like to say that when I placed my order with Urze, I was fully aware that he had a regular full time job and did this on the side. I ordered from him because no one else makes the stuff he does. He is obviously a very smart individual who has produced some brilliant items. Now when he first ran into touble, I was very understanding of the situation he was in and let him know that. Then time passed and I heard nothing from him, so, I tried getting messages to him in all the manners I knew of. Finally, on 2-21-09, I got a rather long message from him in which he was very apologetic, and said how sorry he was that things had gone this far, and, "hope you are not angry with me". Then he stated that he could positively ship my order out on 2-28-09, or if I did not want to wait, "you can file a refund claim through PayPal". I wrote back, once again understanding the situation he was in, " I have waited this long, as long as you can positively ship my order on 2-28-09, then please do. If you can't, let me know". I have not heard from him since. So I will end this saying, I hope everything is OK with Urze. I have said it before but I guess it needs to be repeated. And I am not an angry, revenge seeking monster. I AM a frustrated, GOOD person,( good father and proud grandfather too), wanting to finally be able to put this whole matter behind me. Thank you.

Groove,First and foremost I would like to thank you for re-opening this thread. It is closing in on 3 months since Urze accepted payment on my order. I have never received my order, and, Urze refuses to answer all messages I have sent to him. I have been in contact with several other good members who are in the same boat. The level of frustration grows as time passes. I hope that Urze reads this and comes forward. It is totally unacceptable for him to be doing this. I will leave it at that right now.

I own the Russian and English versions. I plan on buying the boxed version when it comes to the states. Also plan on buying the manual when it becomes available. Guess ya can't have too much of a good (great) thing!

Airway, You are right. A person is innocent until proven guilty. I am not talking behind his back. I am hoping he reads this, or, the many e-mails sent, personal posts, and, messages left at his business. I appreciate your friendly offering to help more than you know. Right now that is all I have. So thank you for understanding the situation and offering your assistance. And you are right, standing alone on the other side of the world does not help. That is one of the reasons I post here. So I happily except your offer to try and get in touch with Urze, and again, thank you for offering. My back is against the wall on this one.

Airway, This is not public bashing. Urze chose to display and advertise his products in this forum. You are not standing in my shoes. If you were I can guarantee your outlook would be different. You don't know what I have been through in this whole ordeal. I DO hope you are right. I hope he did mispell cooking, and, I hope he does come through. It beats being out over $200.00 of hard earned cash. But what gets me is people defending a person who is treating his PAID customers like this. You are making it out like WE are the bad people! I can't believe this. This situation keeps getting sadder. I want nothing more than it to be over with. Hell, if he went bankrupt, and at least notified me, then I would know it's over. I wouldn't be happy, but, I would know. Urze is treating me ( and others ) wrong. Not the other way around.

Namenlos Ein, thank you for pointing out one of his interests; Cocking. For those who don't know it is a form of gambling, i.e., betting on cock fights. Hmmm. AlphaOneSix, you point out his last activity was on 03-06-09. I could only find his last posting on 02-13-09. He posted a picture of a partially assembled collective, along with a message telling us that he was working on our orders right then. A month has passed since that, over 2 months since he received my payment. As I have stated before, I wish him no ill will. I just want, A; my order, (or), B; my money. Even a message would be nice. His profile states he is an ED Partner. I still think his ads should be removed from this forum, and, his reputation dropped. At least until this matter is resolved. And only if it is resolved in a positive manner. I do not like having to do this. Black Shark is my hobby, and I get immense enjoyment from it. I would much rather be writing posts about other (positive) things. In the end I will not let this mess "stain" that enjoyment. But, I will also not let this problem go until it is resolved. Urze, please respond.
